5 course tasting menu at the chef's table with wine pairings was outstanding. From the 4 canapes start to the final surprise pavlova's and jellies every dish was a tasting experience, the depth of flavors mind boggling. The service was outstanding, a hostess that kept...constant watch on our progress and ensured that we were enjoying each dish, a sommelier who really knew his stuff and was not stingy in his pours of each wine perfectly matched to each dish. The individual servers went out of their way to explain the nuances of each individual dish that was served. The tasting menu changes every two weeks. If we lived in Toronto we'd be tempted to eat here every couple of weeks. We really enjoyed our meal here and the topping surprise was that no tip was expected or even accepted, it's included in the price. Thank you for a wonderful experience.More

Nice spot for dinner - we were only able to grab mains as we had a play to catch, but the food was so delicious. Would come back again to try the tasting menu - looked delicious!!

Everything about our experience from start to finish was excellent. The food, the service, the pricing and the ambiance. One of our party has celiac’s disease and the attention and care to ensure no gluten touched her food was incredible. I want to make special...mention of our server Linda, who went above and beyond for us. The words professional and caring don’t do her justice, she was awesome.More

We had a fabulous evening enjoying the Chefs table sat watching the chefs do their thing while eating the tasting menu. Food and wine (we chose a bottle of Canadian Riesling) were both great. Shocked this restaurant didn’t appear in the new Michelin Guide… it...definitely deserves to be. Our best meal in almost 2 weeks travelling around Ontario and QuebecMore

Richmond Station was a fabulous experience. I highly recommend it. We chose the chef’s menu which is changed every two weeks. You can view the latest one on their website. While I’m sure all the servers are excellent, the care and attention of our server,...Mo enhanced our experience. He was charming and knowledgeable. It appeared he had many tables, but he kept his careful eye on all of them, ensuring the plates were delivered in a perfectly timed manner. The whole staff was gracious and pleasant and seemed eager to please. The subtlety and exquisite preparations were fabulous. Exceptionally well done and original, but not in the least precious as sometimes happens with lesser kitchens. I would suggest if you want the fine dining experience you ask to be seated in the upstairs room. We didn’t know that and the restaurant graciously found us a table upstairs when we went. The downstairs seemed fine, full of exciting energy, but the other room was better suited to fine dining and a perfectly paced experience. Whatever you choose, I’m sure you’ll be pleased with Richmond Station.More

We dined at Richmond station on a Sunday evening at a late seating. Service was excellent here with all servers very knowledgeable and full of character. We ate ricotta and Turkish bread for entree. It was amazing! So so delicious. The mushroom and boc Choi...salad hit the spot perfectly. It was a great mix of flavours, and some crunch. For mains we had the salmon and the swordfish. My partner loved the salmon, I thought the sword fish was a little tough, but this is a tougher fish so was my error in choosing it. The flavour of this dish was excellent. We also had a Mille feuille for desert. This was very delicious! Overall a great experienceMore

Was expecting a more upmarket restaurant & relaxing atmosphere. What we got was a overcrowded (tables packed close to each other) and noisy bar-type atmosphere. Food and wine was ok. Service friendly enough. But only go if you’re happy to shout across the table to...be heard.More

Outstanding food and service. Had the lamb and halibut. Both were excellent! We also sat at the chefs table, which only enhanced the experience.

Excellent service and food! We had the Chef’s menu to try a bit of everything. This place is worth a visit. We can see why the owner chef was winner of Top Chef Canada! The big surprise of the night and courses was homemade dinner...rolls! I don’t know what’s in them but they were fantastic. As everything was here!More

First impressions were small, crowed space with limited menu options. Well wow, we were pleasantly surprised! Both entrees were absolutely delicious. Duck pate was flavorful and great service. I would recommend and definitely going back.

Celebrated a birthday here and the experience was memorable. Attentive service, great plating and well prepared meals. Dessert was okay but everything else was superb. A definite place to visit while in the city.

During Covid it was easy to forget the pleasure associated with dining at a great restaurant. Friends from out of the country showed up expectedly and wanted to take them to a great place. Sent an email and hours later was rewarded with a call...with reservations for later that evening. Appreciate restaurants that offer BYOW corkage which I took advantage with vintage Pearl Morissette Cab Franc. Service was attentive and unobtrusive. Duck liver pate, beef tartare with homemade potato chips, Tom yum lobster bisque were all absolutely amazing. Duck done two ways was the crowning achievement. Truly 5 star! Very Highly Recommended!!!More

This place looks tiny when you enter. Long and narrow entry. Much larger space in the back. We got a table in the back - near the kitchen. Server was polite and attentive. Meal was the Chef's Menu that changes and updates every 2 weeks....We were there on the first day of the "new" menu in December. This is a Prix Fixe menu that is also offered with wine pairings. It's not cheap for the menu or the pairings, but the food quiality is exceptional. We got canapes, sashimi, soup, stuffed pasta (squash), and beef short rib with a spectacular au jus and mushrooms. Desserts - apple bread pudding. All the items were served with a full explanation and were well presented. The waiter was pushing a specific wine on us that was perhaps over stocked - we tasted it and it was horrible - so we went with our own selection. Timing of the dishes was very well managed.More
