An old-style diner serving tasty basic food. My regular spot for breakfast out. Even has some vegetarian options -- the tofu burger is really tasty. Friendly staff. Good food.

Not sure how to rate it, as a restaurant, it’s 3 stars, but rated among other diners, I’d say 4 stars. The service was good and friendly, the pancakes were nice as well as the eggs Benedict with salmon. However they weren’t anything special compared...More

This is a great little place for breakfast. The waitress was really helpful and accommodating and the food was good value - decent portion sizes and hot. It was busy when we ate there but service was prompt. We have eaten in a few diners...More

This place sucks. Service is terrible. The restaurant is noticeably dirty. And the food... I wouldn't feed a dog. Great location though! 😂

I've been here multiple times and every time the food has been great. Their breakfast options are fantastic. I also love the club sandwich. The burgers are pretty good as well.

The restaurant was dirty and smelled musty. Usually you just can't do all day breakfast wrong: this place went above and beyond. The eggs actually tasted off. The rest was bland. The gravy on my friend's pouting was some of the worst anyone had tasted....More

Came for the all day breakfast at lunch. Tried the eggs florentine - the hollandaise was far too salty and didn't taste "homemade". Service wasn't anything special either. Average place, average service, not worth trying again.

I love the Purple Onion. It's comfy, no one is rushing you out the door, you get loads of food and it is all decent. No, it is not gourmet food but the service is attentive and some items you could call comfort food. The...More

Used to be a really good restaurant but it's meh now. Food is still good and reasonably priced but the staff act like they're doing you a favour by doing their jobs and serving you. Horrible service! If the food, prices and location (very close...More
