About
There is a code - a standard of such, to the way a burger is made. Each burger is hand-crafted, never frozen, and shared with passion. The Burgernator uses a custom blend of freshly ground chuck beef that never sees the inside of a freezer. All produce is sourced locally. Even our sauces & aiolis are prepared in house! The fries? Hand cut & seasoned every morning. The Burgernator does not cut corners. The Burgernator does not mess around. The Burger is our weapon. The city is our battlefield. It's time to rid this city of half-hearted burgers, processed cheese, and questionable toppings.

We headed to this restaurant based on the favourable reviews. We’d just completed a self-guided walk around=d Toronto which ended nearby, We had a good lunch at ‘The Burgernator’. It was very good value, coming out at less than $30 for two meals and a drink. The burgers were, as expected, of an excellent quality, being both moist and flavoursome. Service was very chirpy and being a warm day we were able to make use of the shaded tables out front

I wish I’d taken a photo but I was so hungry and wasn’t thinking of a review so I forgot but let’s just say… it was a feast for sore eyes! I ordered the special of the day, a cheeseburger with fries and a soda for $12.49 (CAD), and modified it by removing mustard/relish and adding chipotle mayo with grilled jalapeños and onions! It was the bomb diggity of burgers and I’m a burger aficionado! If this place was in Nova Scotia I would be the size of a house! Anyway… don’t miss this place. The staff is friendly. The prices are great. The burgers are beyond. The only miss is the bathrooms but with everything else being stellar I didn’t care. Thumbs up Burgernator! Will be back when I next visit TO!

MMmmmmm. Great cheeseburger and fries. I dropped by, hungry, on a quiet Ken Mkt walk. Decided to give it a try, and wham - it's great and I will definitely be back. Cheeseburger and fries and a drink were on for 9.99 - and at that price it's terrific value.
FRiendly guys behind the counter, quick and easy order process....it's all good.
To make it a greater delight, after my EXCELLENT burger, I wandered up the street for an espresso and slice if pie at Wanda's. Ahhhhhhh....life is good ; )

Although I eat meat I love mushrooms so was tempted by the ‘Battlefields’ burger - crusted portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese and fresh herbs topped with lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic and rosemary aioli. I’m glad I did as it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! The sweet potato fries were also nice. You can eat it or get the food to take away.

I ordered the special, 1/4 pound cheeseburger and fries with a pop. The Burger was freaking flattened to nothing, If I want a smash burger will ask for one ! Also fries were over cooked and burnt on outside but when I bit in they were still semi cooked. I am disappointed because I used to love going there, but last two or three times food was over cooked or under cooked. CHANGE YOUR FRY OIL

Wow. I had a bazooka burger today and it was splendid, great, amazing, wonderful, juicy, tasty, perfect and F'ing WOWish.
Mamma mia did it ever "hit the spot".
Marinated spicy peppers, crispy onions, and a fried egg on top...(which BURST all over the burger when I gave it a squeeze to jam the fat thing in my mouth ; )
Sigh.
Other burgers pale in comparison : (
Come here and EAT one. Veggie, lamb, beef, chicken, fish...they'll have one for you. Now, listen, don't buggar about. If you want a GREAT burger, come here and stop wondering.

I was so excited to try The Burgernator and it was such a let down, specially after reading such great reviews. There is nothing special about the food! We were not able to sit and eat because of Co-vid, the place was not very impressive to me. I won't be going back.

Incredible burgers, tasty sweet potatoes fries and friendly staff. Gluten free options available. Meat was well cooked and juicy. Overall good value for money. I totally recommend this place.

The wait was long, but totally worth it. Ordered the Burgernator and it was massive. Had it for leftovers the next day.
The burger was succulent and perfectly cooked. I got the poutine as well and it was great.
Needless to say, I couldn't move after that meal.

If ever in toronto, you must visit this restaurant and order the Big Bang Burger. I can genuinely say it was the nicest burger i’ve ever eaten. would 100% recommend to anyone and for a great price aswell!!!

We came here for a casual but satisfying burger meal. It’s a little hidden gem. From the outside, it doesn’t look like much but let me tell you - the two guys who run this place were terrific… so polite and lovely. And the food was,.. out of this world!!! My husband had the chicken burger and I had the mushroom one… hands down best burgers ever!! Highly recommend

Wow simply amazing - always wanted to go and thought how good could it be - I should have listened and went a long time ago. Simply the best burger in the city. Amazing bun, delicious meat and a crazy assortment of unusual toppings. Well worth it. Very Highly Recommended!!!

Low price so price / value was perfect.
Really fast serving.
