I recently had the opportunity to dine at the 360 CN Tower and I would like to share my experience. While the view was amazing, I regret to say that the overall experience was below average. Firstly, the food was disappointing. The taste was not...amazing and it seemed as though the dishes were not fresh or cooked to order. In fact, it appeared that some of the food had been heated in a microwave, which greatly affected the quality and flavor. Secondly, the service was extremely poor. The waiters were impatient and inconvenient, constantly asking if we had finished our meal in an attempt to rush us to order the next dish. Furthermore, the waiters dropped plates on the table abruptly, creating a less than pleasant dining atmosphere. This level of service is not what one would expect in a good restaurant. Lastly, the facilities were poorly maintained. The men's bathroom was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the cutlery provided was damaged and heavily scratched, indicating a lack of attention to detail and low-quality standards. Taking all these factors into consideration, I cannot recommend this restaurant. The food was not fresh or tasty, the service was far from satisfactory, and the overall experience was below average. However, I must acknowledge that the view from the restaurant was indeed amazing.More

This Restaurant has the best view of the City of Toronto. Not the best food though. You will pay top dollar, but for much better food visit the Keg. Decide if you want a good meal or a Great View.

Visited in March 2024 for a birthday dinner. It was amazing! The views- oh my, you just cannot beat them in Toronto!!! The best viewpoint ever. It's even better than the CN Tower tour - no need to walk - just sit, eat, relax and...watch while it's rotating for you!!! Truly amazing experience like nothing before in Toronto! The food was very good - we tried Indigenous menu and were not disappointed ! On the contrary - it was very delicious - Chinook salmon tartare, North Fork Bison Tenderloin and Haskap berry and Quebec almond tart - all were amazing! Gerard Bertrand Languedoc wine was also amazing! Thank you for the amazing and unforgettable experience! Pricy, but worth the memories!More

What can I say - you are sitting in a huge revolving restaurant at the top of a really tall tower at night with Toronto twinkling below you. It's magnificent with a view to die for. The food isn't bad, although not the best I...have ever tasted meaning it is a little expensive but the location makes it worth it. The staff are helpful and efficient. It is difficult to get good photos as the windows reflect so much so drink it all into your memory. You get fast tracked to the top and come down to look through the glass ceilings / windows so that helps and you can always take your photos there.More

Perfect view, delicious food, but the waiter, who was with us, told me in front of my family, that leaving 15 dollar tips is not appropriate, usually people leave 15% . As far as I know it’s not a must, a leave as much tips...as I want to, besides I wasn’t really pleased with tye service.More

If you want a romantic getaway I’m not sure this is the place. Too many families with toddlers and young children. Clean and beautiful atmosphere, staff are polite and of course the view is a 5 star. The food was not tasty in anyway and...was disappointing. I felt the choices were slim. For what you pay I don’t feel it’s worth it, but was a good experience. Would visit the CN tower , just not for dinner.More

Service was extremely slow. Our server didn’t even acknowledge us or take our drink orders for 15 minutes after sitting for our reservation. We weren’t offered a single refill, that’s how inattentive the service was. Once we finally were able to order, food took a...really long time. The server did come and let us know the food was on its way but there was no apology or explanation. I also specified in my reservation that it was a birthday, and there was zero acknowledgement of that. I gave 2/5 stars because the food was actually pretty good. The seafood platter was presented nicely and fresh. The steak cooked to our liking. The mashed potatoes were delicious. But definitely not worth it. I’m extremely disappointed in our experience and won’t be returning. It was definitely not a fine dining experience, especially at the costMore

I visited with my family and had an amazing dinner at the 360 restaurant. The way that the dining area rotates around the tower is incredible. It gives you a full view of up and down the Toronto skyline. I suggest going in the summer...in the evening as it’s amazing to stay late while the sun is still high in the sky. The food was absolutely incredible and while it does rack up a bill at the end, the experience and included admission to the tower that comes with it is worthwhile. You get your own private VIP elevator up the tower which haves an amazing view. The wait to get up is super short because you don’t have to wait in line for the more public elevators. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly and your dish can always be altered if you have any allergies! I really recommend going here as visiting Toronto is amazing and being in the tower is an incredible addition to the Toronto experience. After your visit there, you will no doubt want to go again.More

Worst meal ever. Overpriced raw and dirty gritty vegetables. I ordered chowder and salmon. The chowder was watery and cold and the potatoes were crunchy and raw. I mentioned the raw potatoes to the server (named Beejay) who didn't react. Salmon had gritty sand in...the spinach and veggies so obviously wasn't washed. I didn't finish it and the server never asked why. I was charged the $75 for this but the bill basically doubled as there was a20%tip on the bill. A friend asked about the 20%tip and the server said it was for the kitchen staff and expected another tip. So I tipped more. They didn't deserve 20%+18% at all. And they drag out a sad excuse for a meal with super slow service. It would have been fine if the food was edible. What an awful experience at the CN tower. YuckMore

Our booking was for early evening, so we saw the city lights coming on as dusk fell, very pretty. Meal was fine and nicely presented, service was very attentive. Partner had arranged for a surprise 'Birthday dessert' complete with candle, which was very nice. Not...rushed at all and were able to spend time looking at the view rolling by. I was apprehensive about lift journey, being claustrophobic, but lift being glass helped and it was fast and lift attendant was very pleasant. Memorable, but I suspect it was quite an expensive 'special' birthday treat.More

We had a nice late lunch at 360. I admit that I wasn’t expecting too much in terms of the food (and looked at our restaurant reservation as an easy way to get to the top of the CN Tower) but was very pleasantly surprised....The food was actually very tasty! I had the tuna appetizer, which was nicely spiced, and the beef cheek which simply melted in the mouth. The cocktails were also well done. Our waiter, Shane, was affable and answered a lot of questions. Well worth the $75/person!More
