Frank's Pizza House is one if the oldest and the best pizzeria in Toronto. Established in 1960s, Frank's Pizza house is a family-run pizzeria. Giorgio enjoys serving guests. He aces at baking fresh pizzas. Pepperoni pizza is the bestseller at Frank's Pizza house. I would...recommend Panzerotti too. I visited Frank's Pizza House for lunch and enjoyed the experience. They are open for delivery and pick up. Thanks to Giorgio and his family for the wonderful experience. I would love to visit again with friends who love pepperoni pizza. Totally recommended!More

We love their pizzas and panzerotties. My wife is a vegan and this place has no issues accommodating her vegan dietary restrictions. I have her some negative comments about the service there but have not experienced that.... so far, the service has always been good...there for us. Good local spot. Recommended.More

We had been hearing really good things about this restaurant for quite some time from friends and thought that we'd go check it out on one of our date nights. We actually just live around the corner from it and I was very surprised that...we hadn't gone sooner. So we walked up the street one very cold winter night hoping for the best. We were not let down. Yes, the interior may be a little spartan, but there are some nice paintings on the walls and the open kitchen and bar are a nice touch. This is a family operation and we could see several generations of the owners and their kids running the place. We started with a nice glass of wine and a coke and ordered the garlic cheese bread and Arancini. The garlic cheese bread was outstanding - the cheese is right inside the bread and was very tasty! The Arancini was nicely done and came with a little tomato dipping sauce. I ordered the Quattro Formaggi Pizza and my wife had the Vegetarian Pizza. These are very thin crust pizzas loaded with toppings and cooked to perfection. My wife and I really love pizza and have had it all over the world - this was definitely some of the best that we have ever had and we finished all of our pizza and the crusts because it was all so tasty! The Tiramisu that we were presented with at the end of our meal was nice and light and quite decadent as well - the perfect ending to a perfect meal! We will be back!!!!More

Was on the hunt for a new, high quality pizza/pasta restaurant, preferably one that uses Double Zero Italian flour. I was unable to call ahead to check whether they used Double Zero or to see if they had the 900-degree, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza oven. They...have neither however we were told they use Semolina flour because Double Zero doesn't work with their enclosed oven. Regardless, the Diavolo pizza was good with a slightly crispy crust. The Italian sausage and hot peppers were quite spicy, which is what we wanted. Also ordered the Ricotta Ravioli in Rose sauce, which was at least as good if not better. They fall down on the wine as there are 3 fairly mediocre red choices but at $6.95 a glass I guess it's not terrible. Lastly, there is zero atmosphere mostly due to the overly bright lighting. It's almost like a takeout pizza place in terms of lighting.More

The "toronto" pizza is pretty good ! Fresh crust, fresh ingredients. I wish the crust was thicker, but that's my problem, not Frank's. The crust was thick enough on the edges, and not too thin under the toppings. I enjoyed the draft Amber brewery beer....The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, but slow. Nice comfortable place.More

The calzone never disappoints. Giorgio is a master pie maker and you can tell he knows the in's and out's about what makes a pizza perfect. From the dough to the sauce to the cooking time, his devotion to creating an exceptional product each time...is evident in the final product. A go-to each time I'm in Little Italy. Filling, delicious and worth every dollar! Keep up the good work!More

Loved the choice of baked or fried. Stick with 3 ingredients to appreciate the flavours. The tomato sauce was nice pure in its own right. The pastas and pizzas looked very good but drove 45 minutes for the panz!

Well after an evening out as a couple on a Saturday night, we had a craving for calzone. We haven't been at Franks Pizza House in awhile. The restaurant was pretty much full considering the small size. We did find a table and sat ourselves....We didn't recognize the waiter, fairly new and very friendly. Considering seeing Georgio making pizza after pizza, its a good sign he is fairly busy. The calzone I must say are the best. Very large and delicious. We ordered two of the same. We asked for a side of their delicious sauce. It's an extra cost but the waiter gave us one each. Nice bonus We were so full with took ithe second one home. I would prefer nice and fresh. When you take it home its not as fluffy when it comes out of the oven fresh. Next time I will order one calzone and share. If I am hungry then maybe order another or a pizza so I can take it home. Enjoy!!!! Oh by the way the sauce amazing..............how italian sauce should be some italian restaruants their sauce is runny. Excellent.More
