They have moved to the new location on bloor but their food is the same - Great! I've tried many thai restaurants in Toronto and I'm telling you this place is quality! The food is consistently delicious - especially their house pad thai. The service is wonderful and the staff are very welcoming! Hope more people give this place a... More

I'm a bit of a thai food snob and I was really enjoying this restaurant until I ordered my favourite meal one day (pineapple chicken rice) and I was shocked to find they had used frozen vegetables. You know those classic shriveled peas with little square mangy looking carrots. Yuck. To me part of what makes thai food so great... More

Loved their mango chicken stir fry. I had it 3 years ago and still crave it and keep wanting to return, but I'm not often in Toronto. Great food!

I've eaten their $6.95 lunch special many many times and it's just what you'd expect: soup, rolls, main with rice, and tea. Good deal. But today I went for a quick meal and was told there was no special because it's Saturday. So I ordered ginger pork to go. It was very ordinary, a very small portion, and it didn't... More

I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years and have not been disappointed in its food and consider it good value. The green mango salad is excellent, and the main dishes are very good and reasonable quantity. The price is good for what you get. The service is variable. Usually it is pretty good but there... I can say good things about this restaurant, but it doesn't live up to its name. This isn't Thai food like in Thailand. The first problem is that there are very few non-meat menu selections. Almost everything contains beef, chicken, fish, shrimp, pork. The vegetarians in our group weren't happy with the menu. The good news is that prices are... More

When I was in Toronto recently on business, a colleague and I ate here. The service was attentive and the food good, though not great. The two of us shared three dishes and especially liked the Thai eggplant. I would have liked a bit more spice, though, and we were not offered options of level of 'heat' as such restaurants... More

I've never had calamari at a Thai restaurant, but this was darn good. But, the Pad Thai and the spring rolls were the same as everywhere. I mean, the food was good but I'm not raving. Popular with Asian clientele so seemingly authentic. What was strange was that our waiter asked if we wanted anything else because the "kitchen was... More

Had dinner here and whilst my meal was amazing but my partners was average. The price was great value for money. Don't order the house wine, whilst I don't expect the best for house wine I certainly didn't expect vinegar!!!! Service was average but friendly. I would go again

Service was fast. Food was average. Maybe it depends on what one ordered. (Basil lamb and red curry chicken.) Quiet restaurant. Overall an ok experience.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
