Business travel - ate here once for lunch and a couple weeks later for dinner. Highly recommend the sheperds pie! Curry chicken good too. Walleye if on the menu - wonderful. Nice beer selection and good wine. Only draw back - it's loud in here.

My husband & I stopped here for lunch. I ordered cottage pie which was 2 tsp of ground beef topped by 7 tsp of potatoes. Would be good for a 6 month old but not for $17. When we mentioned it to the server she...More

Stumbled upon this place unexpectedly and ended up thoroughly impressed. The beer menu is mighty impressive! Wish I didn't have to drive so I could have given that menu a proper going over :P We all had no trouble finishing our dishes and even spared...More

You get the impression that staff is going through the motions here. Not a lot of enthusiasm or passion. This place has lost its former glory as one of Younge street’s great after work bars. Food was ok, drinks watery.

I had a pulled pork sandwich with fries for lunch and I liked it. I liked my two pints better....Friendly and to the right price.

Dropped in to watch the English football on Sunday morning/afternoon. Bar opens at 11am. Nice place, plenty televisions, quick and friendly bartender. Decent Guinness. Food looked good but I had already eaten. Somewhat busy but far from crowded.

Visited on a Friday night, ordered a few beers and some food, all really nice. Beautiful interior, maybe works against the atmosphere, with its high ceiling and table lay out, it’s not a proper cosy Irish pub albeit, still a nice spot, serves a great...More

This is a lively place anytime. The food is very good and there's an excellent selection of beers (not just from Ireland) wines and spirits. It's right downtown if you happen to be staying overnight as we were,

Perfectly located for many of Toronto’s central attractions and good spot for a well earned rest and some food and drink. We visited on Monday mid afternoon and it was nice a quiet. A lovely Irish welcome on arrival (from a Dublin accent no less!),...More

Pub style food served in a historic building. Really fantastic architecture, good service. The haddock was delicious but both people I was with mentioned they found their pot pies a bit heavy. The waitress was very helpful and gave us some recommendations. Overall, a nice...More

At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination
