Just bad pizza, yeah it's a late order but don't send crap. This is crap, dry stale and plate. Hot and fresh should be a minimum. Not thus

Opens for supper and closes very late early morning. Best pizza and lasagna for miles around. Somewhat expensive but the bruschetta pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and a bit of garlic is out of this world.

The food that we had was great. We had a cross section of Italian food (pizza, panzerotti, pasta). The girl who served us was really friendly. They seem to have specials each night of the week. Thursday was $10 pasta. I will probably go back as I live close by.

We've been going to Amico's for several years, and never had a less than wonderful meal. The food has been excellent, the pricing much lower than you would expect to pay for the quality and the sizeable portions that you get. It's one of those Queen Street restaurants that has the open patio feature in the summer that lets the... More

Did I forget to mention that this is an average restaurant! Staying at hotel in neighborhood and decided to walk over. Was drawn by sign advertising 1/2 price pizzas. This night, location was doing just great with take out business. Glad I didn't pay regular price for this very run-of-the mill fare. Not many other choices in area so I'm... More

I have eaten here numerous times over the last 5 years and the food is always great, I am never disappointed. The prices are average for what you get. I usually order delivery and they are open quite late for that which is getting rare. The pizza and sauce are really great and if you ask for think slice pizza... More

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
