The food was good, tasting authentically French. My one one complaint would be that the servings were quite small (especially for the price), we were still hungry after 3 courses. Service was good.

Charming little “hole in the wall” which is nice that all the vapid Toronto folk don’t know where it is. Some of the best French food I have had outside of France, and I travel through all of North America far more frequently than my...More

At Le Batifole we felt liked we are at a friend's place. Their staffs are personable, they know their dishes, and, of course they speaks French fluently. The ambiance is cosy giving this is only a maximum 45 seatings restaurant. I had converted to be...More

I stumbled onto this restaurant totally by chance and what a lucky chance it was! Although many of the dishes weren't meant for a vegetarian, the waiter was very patient and helpful in finding dishes that would meet my needs. I had only an appetizer...More

relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection
of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets,
