It was fine, but nothing special. The service was slow and the food was not wonderful. The decor is dated and needs an update.

First time visiting and definitely our new favourite restaurant! The food was delicious we had the Warm Goat Cheese, and Calamari as appetizers, Calabrese Pizza, and Shrimp Linguine Pasta special as our mains, and Tiramisu (one of the best I've tasted), and Cheesecake for dessert. The service was excellent (our server Nat provided an exquisite experience; he was very friendly,... More

The service, the food, and the ambience are all impeccable! Wonderful all around...we came in late from Sudbury & Calgary respectively, so had decided to make a reservation because of reading some of their other excellent reviews here. The owner of this fine restaurant is one of the most gracious & pleasant operators ever! Dine here, you will be treated... More

What a great Italian restaurant. Family run , friendly staff. The owner took great care of us and the food was especially wonderful. I had the angel hair pasta, but everything looked great. I'd go back in a minute.

What an amazing venue! The food was sensational!!! I loved the diavola shrimp And the service was even better!!! It's so nice to go into a restaurant and actually see the owner talking to customers!!! I love the new look with all the barn wood !!! Best Italian spot in the area and the Tiramisu is a MUST!

Seems like a family run local restaurant sporting very good food and a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

After walking the Avenue we decided to head back to Domani's for dinner. So happy we did. The owner recommended a bottle of pinot grigio and poured it for us. We ordered the Shrimp Diavola, Calabrese pizza and Rigatoni. All excellent choices. The pizza in particular was amazing. Service was prompt and courteous and never rushed. Will definitely head there... More

I had been to Domani's year's ago; it had actually been a neighbourhood favourite at one point in time. Sadly, it declined about 7 years ago and after several visits, I had really given up. Hearing it was under new management, I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier with the results. My dinner (the special -... More

Our usual haunt was full. We walked down the street and found this wonderful place. Delicious. We had a lovely bottle of Cabernet - recommend by the owner. We started with a perfectly baked pizza as an appetizer and the best pasta we have had at a restaurant in months. Yum. We will definitely be back.

I have visited Domani's with my parents a number of times as they live in the neighborhood and love this place. For me personally, the menu is a little bit pricey but the food is delicious and the ambience is great. Would recommend if you're looking for a slightly more upscale dinner out.

Staying in West End

Neighbourhood Profile
West End
The go-to area for new business start-ups, the spry and creative persona of the West End thrives along its streets. Its independent boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and shops offer brands that can't be found elsewhere. Buildings with ground floor consumer spaces sport up-top artist's lofts, and the West End attracts artists, designers, and fashion industry professionals to its living quarters. It is in the cross-hairs of gentrification, but still resisting it with ironic relish. Hot deals can still be found here on furniture and knick-knacks,. Its call to culinary glory is in its well-priced homemade Polish food, hosting Toronto's go-to spots for hot pierogis and cold borscht. High Park, the largest green space in the city, is a place for dreamers and poets to wander and rest, not to mention a number of energetic actors staging outdoor plays in the summertime.
