Starting with the stunning views of Toronto this is the perfect place for a perfect meal in Toronto. The service is excellent and the food prepared with care. Extensive wine cellar with bottles that are medium to high priced.

Food was good and so was the wine. Good view of the city. Although the restaurant was not overly busy, I found the service a bit slow. Good overall. Would try again.

Had dinner with family at the Pasta Bar for a celebration. The liver was exceptional (I know a lot of people don't like liver but this could change their mind). My dinner companions raved about the lamb as well as the steak. Service was attentive...More

Valet service, wait staff and food was up to its usual high standard. Only complaint was the noise level - too high for seniors with hearing problems. Ordered Halibut and Filet Mignon. The Halibut was tasty but a tad over cooked. The Filet was tender...More

Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its

arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel
from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of
the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools,
jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill
Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and

A "tasting, but fixed menu" is offered with The Estrella Damn Journey annual event, and also during Winterlicious/Summerlicious Events. Google them for dates. Otherwise, no.

I wore a collared shirt and slacks and felt underdressed. Most men were wearing sports jackets or suits. Having said that, it's not as though they enforce a specific dress code (at least not as far as I can tell).

Scaramouche has long been celebrated by customers and critics for its unwavering commitment to making each dining experience a memorable one. Chef/owner Keith Froggett's sophisticated cuisine is presented simply with care and attention to detail. The service underscores that philosophy: unobtrusive and respectful. The restaurant affords a stunning nighttime vista of the downtown Toronto skyline. These components and more make Scaramouche the singular destination it is. And the reason that the restaurant is consistently ranked as one of the city's best for more than three decades.
