A mainstay on Queen Street west for years the Rex is a great place to hang with friends and listen to great live jazz. The sweet potato fries are good with a belly full of beer.

Good menu - most of the usual suspects and definitely not 'fine dining', but it is exactly right for the venue. All good quality, served really quickly and piping hot. Perfect!

Visited for a Business lunch. Good decent food. Club sandwich is very good. Fries are good. More of a bar feel to the restaurant. Would like to have free refills on pop. Good middle of the road restaurant.

I know that the men's washroom is on the main floor and has no steps to get into. Sorry but I am unsure about the entrance.
