We ordered a whole Peking duck and all we got were a few pieces of skin and a bowl of lettuce. 47 dollars for what? When we called the server over, the server tried to convince us that the head of lettuce was the rest...of the duck. We even saw a few rats running around. Will never see the doors of Perfect again.More

As mentioned in other reviews, never order takeout with them. While ordering it said food would be ready at 5:30pm. Reached at 5:40 - food not ready. Waited until 6:10 and still not ready. Waiters avoid eye contact with you and when you ask, rudely...tell you order is not ready. Even the owner needs lessons in customer service and politeness!!More

Just had early afternoon dim sum here yesterday, Fri Oct 1, 2021. Been almost a year or more since being able to eat sit down in restaurant for dim sum. Passing throu Scarborough visiting family and decided to try this place. Arrived to no wait,...not crowded, displayed our ID and Vaccination papers, promply seated and ordered off the paper dim sum menu. Prices were very reasonable and food tasted great...needless to say we overate. Would recommend to all and would gladly return if in the area again.More

Food ok, but DON'T waste ordering food ONLINE. Says 20 mins pickup. Go to the store 40 mins later, said to come 20 mins later. Go again after 30 mins, said to come back. Many people waiting just like us to pickup Online Order.

It was nice to be out for dinner with friends again! Perfect is not only the name of the restaurant but also describes the experience. We've been coming here for years, decades really! Beware of this place - Pre-ordered a Chinese New Year Even Dinner set take-out, did not fulfil - Having more than usual incoming order is NOT an excuse, you could have stopped taking orders, if you have been in business for so many years, you...have experience of how many orders you can fulfill - Very chaotic within the restaurant, no social distancing whatsoever - So many people ordered for take out crowded in the place, with no food, looking to get help - Staff yelling at customers for try to get help - Some food are just out in the open on tables for hours without anyone taking care of them, food safety is a concern - If you cannot fulfil orders, DO NOT take in more orders, while everyone is waiting, they are STILL taking online orders - We waited for an hour and had to leave at end, given the importance of the day and meal to a Chinese family, this is a really bad experience - They have our number but no one ever called to apologize after the fact,More

For take-out, it is convenient and easy. The taste is good -- not spectacular, but is always consistently tasty and worth it for the price. I don't know if its new owners or what? We used to go there all the time about 8 years ago and then moved away. We were so glad to back to the place we loved, but this is not the same place. First, the...service is awful, especially if you are not Chinese. The food takes forever to arrive, the soup and appetizers arrive in the middle or at the end of the meal. When I complained to the manager, he told me that Chinese people order the soup and the appetizers first, the later order the rest of the meal, so that everything arrives in the order that I want. I explained that maybe his staff should notice that I am clearly not Asian and explain this to me before I placed my order, furthermore, I have eaten at hundreds of Chinese Restaurants over the years and this was the first time I ever heard this. His response was "This is the way we do it here." Secondly, the prices are almost double anyplace else I have been. An order of Chicken Fried Rice was $12.50 and there was hardly any chicken . The portions were so small there was no value at all. To make things worse, they try and cheat you on the price. We ordered 5 items and 3 of them were priced higher on the bill than in the menu. I didn't even notice, but luckily my wife has a good eye. She told me to double check the menu and she was right. Finally, the food tasted awful. I don't mind paying high prices if I'm getting quality food and service. The chicken tasted rubbery; the rice tasted stale and the shrimp rolls hardly had any shrimp in them. Terrible , this place is way far different than the pictures shows on the website . Bad taste of the foods . Ford more ,they lie with customer by the time taking the order . They take the order but not provide the food and...ask more money from the customer in the middle of dinning . No greeting when you walk in , no thanks after you pay ,no apologies to the customer for their own mistake !More

This is a great place for dimsum... great affordable price for goodfood. Place is also clean and well maintained...

Typical suburban chinese resto with traditional canto food. Don't come for the service or the decor. But food at any time, good value, available at odd hours.
