The place is near Kensington Market Down Town Toronto, it has limited sitting places and it is usually full. We managed to get the last small table near the kitchen, we ordered steamed dumplings and a main dish asking the dumpligs to be served first,...More

We stopped here for lunch on our way to see Kensington Market in Toronto. They do serve very large plates of dumplings. The services is brusque. I would have liked to order more but there was no opportunity to do so. The place was full...More

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this restaurant is amazing! It looks really small from the outside but there’s plenty of room and I think there’s even extra seating downstairs. The dumplings are made fresh at the front of the shop and are absolutely delicious....More

We enjoyed the sampler plates, one of steamed dumplings and one of fried dumplings, plus a green onion pancake and the marinated pork intestine dish. Wow! Excellent flavors across the board.

I have visited the Dumping House now 3 times. I live in Alberta and don't make it to Toronto very often, but no trip to Toronto is complete without a visit to the Dumpling House. It is quite simply one of my favorite restaurants anywhere...More

I've been to the Dumpling House several times. The last time was in August 2017. It is a very small place. From the moment you enter, your squeezing in. Worst if there is a line up and your waiting to be seated. We have had...More

It's traditional chinese, in that it's fast no-nonsense dinner. Everything on the menu is under $10 and it's all delicious. We will certainly be going back. Loved the mixed vegetables and like how you can watch the girls making the dumplings fresh in the window....More
