The staffs had bad behavior. Very very bad waitress. Serving was not good. I do not suggest this place. They are not welcoming.

We found this gem when we were simply googling for ‘bear Korean bbq in Toronto’. After reading the reviews and looking at the pictures we decided to embark on our small journey to downtown Toronto. We almost walked past the place because ‘Kasai’ wasn’t written...in English but we knew the address and found it easy enough. Once we got in, it wasn’t too busy, maybe the rush had just left. The service was one of the best I’ve ever received in any ‘Asian style restaurant’ The server was attentive, gave suggestions, and was quick to refill anything we asked for. The food itself was very flavourful. My particular favourites were the beef, lamb, sausage, and the enoki mushroom wrapped beef. However it doesn’t end with the meats, they also have dim sum AND sushi! We had the kasai roll, and honestly I would have eaten more sushi if I could but there was so much to try I had to limit myself. All the meats and food we tried were well seasoned And to top it all off, they had delicious homemade bbq sauce that just gave the food an extra kick in flavour. We are planning our next trip here already. It’s on par with any ayce Korean bbq place you’d find in Scarborough, and for the amounts of options it’s definitely worth it!More

I had never tried Korean BBQ before and was going with someone who had recommended it. I ordered chicken initially but all the pieces of chicken were almost entirely fat and tendons - very little actual meat. The person I was with tried almost all...the meats available and they were much the same. The sushi was good. The staff were friendly and polite throughout. I would not choose to go back here again because it is expensive if you're not eating the meats.More

I went there a few weeks back hoping to enjoy some good eats like I had back during my time in Korea. I left underwhelmed and disappointed. For those looking for a Korean experience this is not it. The selection and cuts of meat are...all wrong and the side dishes & dipping sauces (soybean, oil + salt) were absent. It's almost as if the place thought that adding kimchi to the table would fool folks into thinking this was a legit Korean place. On a more positive note, the restaurant staff and atmosphere was decent enough to make it an ok place for large groups that want to enjoy some generic grilled meat and drink a few pitchers of beer.More

We as family of four wanted to eat somewhat different after Italian, BBQ, Sushi. So we ended up at this place and we all were super positive on the food, the waitress and everything. It's an all you can eat but the taste is surely...beyond average. We will come back again! Thanks MarkusMore

Went here on a groupon for all you can eat grill + sushi at just $18, cannot complain about that. But overall I do prefer Korean Grill House. The service here was... strange. We were a large group with hungry males but our server felt...like telling us we were listing too much on our order sheet. We ate everything. Next, the meats are less flavourful here than at Korean Grill House. I also prefer the BBQ sauce at KGH. The BBQ sauce here was watery and flavourless. The kimchi and seaweed salad were both tasty here though, I liked those. It was also pretty awesome to combine grill with sushi. The sushi was fairly good, I've had worse but also have had better. Though watch out combining ayce sushi and all that rice with ayce grill, you'll tap out much earlier than usual!More

My son and I were really glad to find a Groupon for an all you can eat for two. The modern Korean atmosphere was unique and refreshing as was the quality service and food. Save up your hunger and give it a try!

We were there after finding a deal on Groupon without any expectations and WOW! The service was excellent, the servers were smiling, always asking if we needed something. The freshness of the food was great, and the food was really tasty, especially the short ribs,...they were divine!!! We weren't rushed, even though they say "2 hour maximum time", we never felt rushed. We were able to order 3 times and could have ordered more... if we weren't that full!!! It would have been great at full price, but with the coupon, it was PERFECT!More

Was in town and looking for something different to eat. Found a Groupon for this place and so glad that we did. The place has all u can eat and you grill everything yourself right at the table. Staff was very kind but their English...is hard to understand at times. Most of the meats were seasoned well and very tasty. Nice neighborhood also with plenty of shops around and a park you can walk to. I highly recommend this place if you're hungry and in the area!More
