Popped in for a bite before seeing a show at the Opera House (across the street). Happy hour before 7 gets you half price oysters and cheaper drinks. Service is good. Restaurant is dimly lit, almost to the point where it's too dark but it...More

We were recommended to visit the Comrade for their unique cocktail selection and we weren't disappointed! Every drink we had was delicious. We stayed for dinner and enjoyed their unique food menu (although selection was small). It has a family style approach, where you order...More

Seriously, we're a group of four coming in for a drink and one has a helium balloon because it's her birthday. The waitress took the balloon away to store it in the back because the "owners are strict about how the restaurant looks." Pretentious much?...More

My husband and I live in the beaches. We decided to take the short streetcar to Riverdale to have cocktails at Comrade. What a great idea! We totally love this atmospheric bar. The cocktails are great. We also ordered the meatballs which were tasty. And...More

relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection
