The pizza here is outstanding. Service is good but could be a bit better. All in all a great place to eat. Avoid the high tables and stools, they are not comfortable and a bit cramped.

A must eat place, fab food. I tried the beef burger which was served with coleslaw and onion rings accompanied with a mustard mayo - delicious! Very busy as it was Family Day but we only waited about 15mins. Would definitely return!

Good beer selection and you can do tours but only at 4pm so we missed. Good food - burgers and that sort of stuff so nothing fancy but good. Busy and buzzing - good atmosphere. Tony enjoyed the beer flights. You might struggle to get a table at obviously busy times so try and go off peak.

Service was good at lunch time but the food was average. The burger bun was rather too dense for my liking but it was a tasty filling of pulled pork. The beer was nice and I liked the free tasting of porter when we arrived. I think it would be fun for a night out and some beers but was... More

Got an Air B&B in the distillery for a birthday night out and decided to try Mill St for a quick bite for dinner. They don't take rezos on the weekends which is fine; we arrived and the place was packed. We opted not to wait for a table and managed to snag a spot at the bar for the... More

Came to the distillery last night before a concert a friend and i were attending. The atmosphere was inviting. Beers were great. Then the food, so sad. I had the smoked brisket sandwich the bun was fridge cold, the brisket was dry. When it was reheated the bbq sauce had split so it was a pile of oil under the bun... More

Had a great time here. Really good food and great beer. We had a burger and a club sandwich. Both were delicious. The beer was also top quality and delicious.

Food was awful....waiter brought wrong dish and argued that is what i had ordered. 45 min wait for a drink, waiter was not not interested in serving. I guess that the fact we had to pay a built in gratuity says it all. Food was awful. would not recommend.

We went for drinks and some appetizers and in hindsight we should have stayed with the beers. The place specializes in their own beers, which are very good. We had the calamari and the nachos and although the calamari was not too bad, the nachos were sub-par. Don't just pile on a lot of stuff and call it great. Just... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
At the heart of Toronto, Downtown is the destination for cheap eats and fast fashion. Cut through by hip and trendy Yonge Street, the vibe here is young, with a strong student influence from the Ryerson University Campus. As a result, the Downtown area is always in flux: undergoing the construction of new facilities, with fresh retail spaces and pop-up cafes. Home to Toronto's largest indoor shopping mall, a number of vintage cinemas, and a healthy nightlife centered on the area's Distillery District bar and clubs near the East End, it's both an easygoing daytime spot and a popular party place after sunset. It also features some of Toronto's best outdoor landmarks, including Yonge-Dundas Square and the Nathan Phillips Square: perfect for a concert, a skate, or a relaxing sit-down.
