Imagine finding tiny, crispy and hot smelt on a menu in downtown Toronto! They were just as tasty as my Uncle David's. Couple them with a beet salad and a bottle of wine with friends and it made the day much brighter.

Came here for brunch with a few friends last weekend on the snowiest day ever. We walked in here and it smelt like a lovely wood-burning fireplace! Exactly what we wanted on a freezing cold day. I ordered the house eggs benny with prosciutto and...More

We went for dinner with friends. It was a cold night, we entered the restaurant and the warmth and aroma of the wood burning oven immediately made us feel welcomed. The restaurant was not busy but it should have been because both the service and...More

We enjoyed a meal at this restaurant on a Sunday evening. The service was friendly and efficient and the food well cooked and tasty. The cost was mid range and well worth it. We had a table next to the open window which was very...More

Took over 45 minutes to bring appetizers and almost another hour for main course. Saturday night. Barely 20 people in the restaurant. Ordered some sea food pasta dishes that barely had any sea food in them at all. NOT worth the time or trouble.

Service is slow... very slow, food is below average and the portions are very small and expensive compared to the service and what they offer - small menu.

East End
The East End is an eclectic amalgamation of areas that
team up to make this district one of the most
multi-faceted and alluring. Home to Toronto's LGBT
community hub, Gay Village is alive and pumping day or
night with friendly bars, nightclubs, and cafes – its
thumb is on the pulse of excitement. For a more
relaxed day, the East End has the largest collection
of restored Victorian homes, and its stately streets,
