My sister and I have always wanted to try this place for the past few years and have just never gone until tonight. Super glad we finally gave it a try, it was awesome. Cool atmosphere, friendly server and good food. Injera bread was tasty and interesting haha! I would definitely come try again, there's so much on the menu... More

Family went to see the year-end St. Clair College show, and thought we would try something a little different for dinner. The place looks a little modest from the outside, but the food was really first rate. The server made some excellent suggestions for the meal, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the selections. The drink selection is limited, but the... More

Thought we would try something different for dinner. I was a bit nervous, but was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious and plentiful. Very reasonable priced too! Will definitely be back?

Try the sambusa--better than samosas by far. Very tasty and reasonably priced--large serving could not finish.

Warning: This review comes from a highly biaised individual. I have been a regular of the Marathon for over 10 years now. I need my monthly Ethiopian fix. Especially the veggie combo over injerah. The veggies are always fresh, authentic and perfectly spiced. The injerah is cooked just before it is served. Sometimes, we cannot stay in to eat, so... More

Quaint restaurant with warm atmosphere and delicious food. Fantastic for vegetarians. I love to recommend it to people because it offers a fun and unique experience of eating. Almost like being on vacation. Only complaint would be on the drink selection... a few fun cocktails to chose from would definitely add to the vacation-y vibe.

Never in my life to this point had I tried Ethiopian food, so it was time. This place does not have much curb appeal, however inside is nice and the waiters are really cool. Since we had no idea watch to expect or order we just said bring us what is a good spread of tastes. It is like Indian,... More

My boyfriend and I have been eating at this restaurant for 8 years and we love it! The food is amazing and the quality is consistent. The owner always asks us if we "want the usual" because we eat there at least once every two months. If you are a vegetarian, the vegetarian platter is the best. If you love... More
