The food here is really good and staff very friendly. The only issue sometimes is the wait time if they get busy, but if not in a rush then definitely worth the wait and prices are pretty good too.
Very good Indian food! The chilli paneer was flavourful. The Dahl Mahkni was great. The rice was perfect. The atmosphere was colourful & casual with good Bollywood music playing. Our server was very kind & even asked the kitchen to make certain dishes less spicy...for me without me asking her too. We will be back!More
This is another great Indian restaurant in Windsor. During COVID it was only take out but they’re back to dine in service. The food is still great which is what’s important. Ladies there are friendly and the service is pretty quick. I go here at...least once a month. Definitely give it a try.More
We took biriyani (.......65) priced for 14/$ +tax . But there is not enough food compared to price . How ever - the food was tasty. We can appreciate for butter chicken. But same thing - high priced . Service is good enough and restaurant...was clean .More
This was my first visit to this relatively new restaurant and all I knew was what I'd read in the two reviews predating mine here. I would say that their strong area is absolutely the food itself. It was amazingly tasty, hot and freshly made....However, they have a few wrinkles to iron out when it comes to taking care of customers. I arrived at 5:40 (they open at 5:30 for dinner) and found one other table already occupied. I suspect the fellow trying to answer the phone, handle take-out orders, serve tables and bus them needs a helper out front. So it's not his fault as much as management's, nevertheless: If they are participating in WindsorEats' "Eat Your City," they should have that information on display somewhere. I would have taken advantage of the promotion and saved $10 on my meal, but I learned about it too late from the diners across the aisle. There were no paper towels in one washroom even though place had opened for dinner ten minutes earlier. (Note to management: checking washroom for supplies should be part of staff's pre-opening routine.) Consider hanging up your flypaper in a spot not in view of customers. Server seemed not to be familiar with the custom of checking on people to see if they need anything else. A few times I had to be a bit vocal since he kept his back to me when dealing with the table near me then disappearing again. He just needs to learn to make the rounds and say, "Everything still okay over here?" in order to give folks an opportunity to ask for things. I had a few other minor issues too small to mention, things perhaps other folks won't mind. Overall service was pretty quick. I had arrived at 5:40 and had my food by 6:15. Also, I commend my server for his pleasant demeanour. I'll probably go back but for takeout next time. OOPS! Sitting here entering my photos and noticed I was charged for the wrong dish. Charged $16.99 for Gongura Mutton Biryani when I had the meatless one that should be $10.99. Sigh. Maybe it was just not his night.More

We are very glad Ramz that you liked our food and appreciate your feedback.
I love Indian food. This is a new spot. Was very excited to try it out. My first time I just ordered take-out and was very pleased with the flavours. Last week I brought a date to the restaurant and waited 10 minutes for a...glass of water. Both glasses were filthy, markings from the person who had used it before, greasy fingerprints and all. We didn't say anything. We waited another 10 minutes for our tea. It was delicious. When our plates came they were also filthy - greasy, oily residue and fingerprints all over. We mentioned this to our server. The server took the plates and returned with other plates that were only slightly cleaner. We should have left but were ravenously hungry and wanted to give the new spot a fair chance. The food was lovely. All of it. If they were able to get their serving ware and the wasMore
