We went here with my wife and enjoyed our dinner. The service, live music, food and beer were all fantastic. The restaurant is very cozy. A must if you visiting Charlottetown!

When ordering my dinner I asked to have my salmon cooked well and for my salad dressing to please be tossed on my salad ( I prefer it this way). When it came out it was not, so before she leaves the table I remind...her what I asked for and she replies back with , ya the kitchen decided they didn’t want to do that..?? Umm what?! Okay.. She leaves our table. Once returning I told her you can take the salad as it was not what I asked for. When bringing the bill the salad was on the bill. I said if I am going to pay for it you might as well give it back to me, she says NO. It’s already garbage. Sorry if I am paying for it please get me another. She leaves comes back and says they will not make another salad but take the price off my bill... $2 !! Nope.. the salad was $9 Really terrible service. You don’t argue the customer. The food that was eaten was nothing to talk about either.More

Unfortunately my visit was not what I remembered from the first year they opened. The beer selection is now lacking for a ‘beer garden’. My beer also came with some dirt/brown grass in it. Then there was hornets everywhere and it was difficult to sit...without being scared. We ordered nachos and they were just ok. And last the washrooms were filthy (two toilets were clogged and another had the top off of it) despite them being open that day for only 30 mins, making me think it was from the night before.More

Charlottetown Beer Garden and Seafood Patio (Charlottetown Beer Garden) is a popular place in Charlottetown to meet with friends. Established in 2015, the establishment is known for its outdoor patio, live music, seafood-focused menu, and extensive selection of microbrew and draught beer. It is also...known for its live, late-night shows and nightclub dancing. I was at Charlottetown Beer Gardens last night with a one of my suppliers from work. I had the fish and chips (one piece of hand-battered haddock served with tartar sauce and coleslaw) for $15 while listening to the acoustic stylings of Vintage 2.0. It came with a generous portion of hand-cut, Prince Edward Island fries and tasted really quite good. Vintage 2.0 did a great job entertaining the crowd with its stylish recreation of everyone’s favorite songs! Originally the site of a two-storey house built in the mid-1800s, the property that now houses Charlottetown Beer Gardens was once home to Johnny’s Mayfair Teamroom Restaurant (owned and operated by Sports Hall of Fame member John Squarebriggs). The site later became a bicycle shop and then a tattoo parlour before it burned to the ground in March of 2007. Look for Charlottetown Beer Garden on legendary Hunter’s Corner (190 Kent Street in the Prince Edward Island municipality of Charlottetown). It is open daily from 4:00 in the afternoon until 1:00 in the morning (1:30 in the morning on Fridays and Saturdays). Service is both fast and efficient. Red Island Hospitality Group currently operates Charlottetown Beer Garden as well as Hunter’s Ale House; The Factory Cookhouse and Dancehall; and John Brown Richmond Street Grille. Parking is available on the street for a fee.More

This is a different kind of patio: there are tables and chairs, couches, and picnic tables! All sorts of games to play too! The band we saw was also very good. To eat, my husband had the lobster roll and I had the tuna melt...- no complaints!More

Live music started at 6pm. Outdoor picnic tables, regular tables, and sofa style seating will accommodate all. The lobster roll with candies bacon bits was quite good. The dinner salad had a lot of vegetables, which was unique. In fact, it was all vegetables (...lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, onion and mushrooms). The service was very good. Of course, it wasn’t crowded yet. While I didn’t play, cornhole and other outdoor games are available for kids of all ages.More

I had the luck of being invited to sample items from the new menu.... I had some of the potatoe wedges....very very tasty... The new fried clams were a big hit with everyone at the sampling.... Scallops were fresh and breaded in house....lobster rolls was...delicious.. A paticular big hit with the ladies present was the Roasted red pepper dip... If this is any indication of what the summer holds i am excited to be able to enjoy this great food on a beautiful patio deck!!!!More

we were at a conference and we were getting together with a large group. Though it was drizzling a bit we were able to sit outdoors. The staff was very capable in handling all the orders from different tables at different times and were able...to do it all in quick order. It was a great time tasty lots of local beer varieties.More

We sat in the upper deck and enjoyed mussels and a Moose Light. Great food, beer, and music. The staff were overworked and service was slow. Quality of food was worth the wait
