Best pizza, excellent donairs. This was our highlight of staying in Charlottetown! Really good food and fantastic service.

A cold Saturday afternoon found us at The Factory for HUGE portions of plain ole roadhouse style food; the haddock Fish & Chips was homemade, the Oven Sub was giant and stuffed with great things, and the Taco Salad was incredible. Then the music started...- the house band with guest musicians - Hell - I would have paid $40 a ticket for what we heard! But the best was our server, Tanya, who managed to take care of 40 or so raucous customers without a faze, but with genuine smiles, grace and pleasure. She was possibly the BEST server in my long history of dining out! She should be training everyone everywhere! Will be going back!!More

While visiting PEI, my wife and I had heard about the Factory downtown pub in Charlottetown. We attended a Saturday lunch and blues music show that was terrific! Very good service, good pizza and great blues music. We stayed for 3 hours and enjoyed every...minute, along with a packed house of friendly locals. We can't wait to visit again!More

It was the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Their dough is made fresh, in house. The sauce tastes fresh. Priced well.

This restaurant / pub is in the downtown area. This is a favourite place for students, but families frequent the place as well. If you're going with a large group it's best to have a reservation. Pizza-galore, garlic fingers, fries, baskets of chicken wings and...nachos were ordered when we went. The service was FANTASTIC.More
