The atmosphere was great. Prepare for a wait, because there was a line the entire time we were there. Portions are large, coffee was great, and pastries were amazing.

Visited this restaurant on a Sunday for brunch. I was told the wait time was 45 minutes but I got a table in about 20 minutes or so. Make sure you stick around when names are called. I tried Palmier and blue biscuits. Both smelled...More

We were surprised to see a line of people waiting when we got there, starving and jet-lagged around 8:45 (opens at 9:00). Wait was not too painful although service is slow. Overall, food and drinks were good although you would expect a larger choice of...More

Waited in the sun for almost an hour for a mediocre sandwich. Two small sandwiches costed us almost 40 bucks. Not that impressive.

One of the busiest places I've ever seen, and no question why, the quality and the flavor of the food and coffee are on the top, a charming and cozy place in Montreal, très bon!!!

I would agree that about 15 minutes would get you there. The restaurant can be very crowded so be prepared to wait in line.

Yes, olive y gourmando is open for brunch. There aren't many tables. I ate at a bar facing the windows. Be prepared to wait for a seat on Sunday's. The food is worth the wait!

I would assume you are referring to Montreal City Hall which is in the old city....this restaurant is about a 15 minute leisurely walk west on Rue St. Paul Ouest. Enjoy. Andres
