Trip de Bouffe serves excellent Near Eastern food. They have everything from humous to lachmacun, and the food is always tasty, fresh, and a great alternative to the many chain restaurants you can find in Montreal. I recommend that you ask them for a lachmacun and have them stuff it with lots of vegetables. The prices are very reasonable. Sometime when I'm busy, I'll buy everything I need for a few day's worth of meals there. The people who work there are great and always make the visit fun. They also have whole-grain pita, many cheeses, like halloumi, and some bulk food as well. I definitely recommend it for take-out or even for a quick meal at one of their tables.

Very good parsley salad and many other kinds. Though I tend to always end up with parsley. it's a bit expensive though because it's a very small box of salad for $5 something. Their meat items seems clean and good too but I just don't believe in precooked meat that aren't overcooked. So I always go for the salad

This is a great quick serve, but healthy, fresh Lebanese joint in the Plateau. Their hummus and homemade pita bread are amazing as are all their little salads and sides. They have a good selection of reasonably priced hot food items for takeout.

A wonderful take out counter/eat in cantina/mini market offering home made meals for the lover of Lebanese food. Located in one of the funkiest block of Avenue du Mont-Royal, Trip de Bouffe is a home away from home. Staff is super friendly and the variety of dishes is incomparable. Soups, salads, main dishes (with many vegetarian options), dips, marinades and desserts are made on the premises. I recommend the Mougrabieh, the Moulokieyh, the Kafta Batata, the Kaftaguetti
and the Poulet à la Coriande.

Fantastic food if you enjoy Lebanese. I always get take out here, and they have the best hummus I have EVER eaten so far in my life. I love stopping by here when I don't feel like cooking. I can put an awesome dinner together in minutes and have leftovers for the next day. Love it.

I love going to this place to pick up a quick bite to eat. Try the zaatar bread rolled like a shawarma and stuffed with veggies for only $2. I love their homemade pickles and toum and often buy some to take home.

I only had parsley salad there. The other stuff looks good too but I don't like when my food is precooked on display like that. I don't mind salad or cold food but I find hot food are dry when it's cooked before. Seems very clean too

I had a take out lunch from Trip de Bouffe on saturday and I was very pleased with it. I actually hesitated a long time before choosing my meal for I wanted to try everything. Princing is VERY VERY affordable, probably one of the cheapest place to eat in that neighborhood ! The service was friendly and casual. I can't wait to eat their food again !

Great tapas ideas when you are having a get together and don't feel like cooking. I buy the pizzas and freeze them so always have them around for a lunch... the fresh cooked meals are also great for lunch or if you do not feel like cooking! I go at least every month... I am happy to live a couple of blocks away! The service is also genuine and very friendly!!

I can't stop myself from going to this wonderful and tasteful lebanese place! Its been a few months I am going there and quality, freshness and authenticity still their main arguments! Plus, the staff and owners are super generous and friendly. And for the record, I know none of them personnaly so this review is genuine.
To eat there or to go... Great selection of imported end domestic product as well. Plus, everything they serve is home make and prepared ! Yummi!

This place has incredibly expensive prices! The pack of 6 manaeich is sold for $24 at their place while it is $6 at Adonis!! It's a steal and it's not even better!! You really have to know nothing about the prices charged anywhere else in Quebec to find that it's not expensive. The people on set are so gullible (not to mention naive and innocent) that they have become the joke's turkeys!

Located in the Mont Royal district, a small place which doesn't look like much but which we recommend without hesitation.
The products are fresh, quality and at a low price whether for snacking or eating on the go.

Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colourful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
