I made a 5:30 reservation for 4 and was not informed on the phone that we would have to leave by 7:30. In the middle of our dessert we were told we would have to leave by 7:30 because there was a party of 10...waiting to be seated. We were told this at 7:25. My 95 year old friend had to use the bathroom and they asked us to wait for him standing up so that they could seat their 10 people. However, o nly 2 people were seated at the very far end of the table and we were forced to wait for our 95 year old friend standing up in a very limited space. Meanwhile, there was an empty table for 4 that was never used the entire time we were there. I found it very rude and unprofessional. It's too bad because the food was quite good. I don't think I will ever return there nor would I recommend this restaurant to anyone I know.More

Food was excellent, lamb shank, lamb chops, scallopini and the vegetarian pasta were very good. Chef himself served us for the taste we wanted with lots of Parmesan cheese and pepper. It was well located near Westmount near St. Joseph’s Church. Reasonable size restaurant. Bring...yourOwn Booz. The metro was located walking distance and was open til 10pm which was very convenient to get wine.More

Great service, clean space, excellent food. The portions are really well-served, and they have vegetarian/vegan options. Best Bring Your Own Wine restaurant I've been in Montreal.

This place is close to home and BYOB. The perfect combination. I always order the same thing- chicken piccata Marsala which comes with lots of mushrooms, some pasta on the side and soup or salad to start. The dishes I’ve seen are all good sized...portions. There is salmon, lamb, pasta, beef, eggplant parm, liver, Iranian dishes- a lot to choose from. Desserts are limited and not their forte. My only complaint- if you serve Iranian dishes and Persian rice you have to offer TAHDIG- the browned, crunchy rice from the bottom of the pot!!! Aside from that the food is good and the place is welcoming. About $100 per couple including tip. Not cheap but good value I find.More

We were there with 12 people, there was also a party of 24 that had just got there. Every single thing was amazing! I was amazed watching the chef sauteing every meal to perfection. For those unfamiliar with this industry, dealing with a total of...42 covers and all of your meals are saute with one person running that station, truly awe inspiring - and then to do it without a single refire? Incredible. When it came time for dessert, unfortunately, the other table ordered the last of the chocolate cake which my nieces were eyeing up the whole night. They literally made a fresh grenache and baked a cake for them. I've been in the restaurant business for 25 years. It does my heart good when I experience above the board service paired with exceptional food. If you're deciding whether or not to give this place a try, don't think twice. Just do it. It's BYOB so don't forget the wine!!More

Difficult to understand how this restaurant has once again forgotten about our reservation. Great food (love the wonderful chef), but too many problems with other staff: « Don’t know what happened, but so sorry » reservations, « I am so sorry » mix-ups with orders or left out items....Never used to happen. So sad.More

Given a warm welcome, our family of 4 from Uk really enjoyed all our meals, half of us had Persian, other half Italian. Big portions, extremely tasty, friendly staff, and not rushed at all. BYO made the bill not so expensive! Best meal we’ve had...in Canada and we’ve been here for 3 weeks!More

Our 1st visit. Friendly, pleasant ambience. Great menu variety with combined Italian-Persian theme. Food perfectly prepared, with excellent flavours. Excellent value. And it’s BYOB with NO corkage fee. We will definitely be back here soon!

Every minute you spend reading reviews about Toucheh is a minute you are not spending eating at Toucheh. Stop looking for reviews and go eat there. You won't be disappointed. I ate there last night and it was hands-down the best meal I've had all...year. The food is surpassed only by the service. The owner/manager/chef/sometimes waiter clearly puts a lot of love into every part of the experience, which ideally is something you haven't read because you stopped reading when I told you to and are already on your way there for dinner. Unless you're reading this at, like, 2:00am or something. In which case, they're closed. Don't go there now. Wait until they open, and then go - the service is much better when they're open.More

The Persian dishes are absolutely delicious. Come in big size. I had egg plants and my colleagues had salmon and lamb dishes and we're all satisfied. We had complimentary soup while waiting for our main dishes. Cozy place and very friendly service.

Went there with my friend to have a persian cuisine, booked a table there and glad that picked this place, the manager was a respectful man who contacted me to double check the stuff and even called afterward to check if everything was ok, he...also greeted us when we got there, staff were professional as well, when they brought us the food my friend, who was trying persian food for the first time, had a question about the food and the chef him self came and answered her, which created a delightful experience for her. Dine was fine, the bright part was that the serving was not very modern and not very traditional either, they have italian food as well, so it made it comfortable for non-persian people to enjoy the meal as well, and as my friend was not persian it was an ideal choice for us. Place was cosy, well designed, and perfect for small and medium sized gatherings. Enjoyed our night there and hopefully they keep up their good quality.More
