From reading previous reviews, from my friend who stopped there often before the pandemic, and from my having travelled to both Cuba and Mexico, I expected a much more Mexican-vibed restaurant. What we found, perhaps with a change in admin since the pandemic, was a good neighbourhood and also college-crowd hangout with many bagel options on the menu. One orders at the coffee counter, they prep the coffee for you right away and then you sit down at a table for table service for the rest of your lunch order. For lunch, I ordered the Breakfast Omelette Burrito, but it was insufficiently warmed up, so basically cold omelette sandwich. Make sure to let them know you want it hot, hot, hot. I drank plain coffee. My friend ordered the Molletes which she liked a lot; crispy tortilla triangles filled with thick layers of refried beans and melted cheese; the dish came with a green salsa side. Don’t know whether the green salsa was Puerto Rican-flavoured with recaito or not. She found her cappuccino to be ‘weak’, whatever that means. She gave Café 92 Degrés 3.5 / 4 stars, higher than myself. Those were the two main Hispanic menu items. The decor and ambience were very laidback with a very few colourful Mexican handicrafts displayed here and there. Perhaps the owners are working hard to make a go of the business. Good place for a quick lunch with pals if you’re in the neighbourhood. Have a lovely day. ☀️

Come here every year before watching our kids play Concordia soccer. Claudia is great and their breakfast and lunch specials are always fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. We always have a spicy mocha (how do they get their oat milk so frothy?) and would highly recommend grabbing a bite to eat as well. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

Their fully bilingual staff provide excellent service. The coffee and the food is great. The chocolate chip cookies are among the best I've had anywhere. I enjoyed this coffee shop so much, I went back for a second visit.

A very quaint and cosy family-run speciality café. Homemade fresh soups and sandwiches hit the spot for a casual quick lunch. Milkshakes and hot chocolate are not your usual fast food cheapy versions. Nice spot to read a book or hanging with your bestie.

Went there once and won't go back. Poor customer service and no air ventilation. Humid and stinky, no thanks.

First off, they don't do filter coffee. It's Americanos and they are amazing and not over the top priced like all these other coffee shops you'll find in st Henri or Griffin town. Plus this coffee is actually good. The place serves up good and quick breakfast sandwiches, soups and other easy meals that are fresh, homemade and amazing. The inside is nothing special but I really like staying there. Plus it's location is a plus so you can always hit up a walk in beautiful NDG Montreal West area and parking is stupid easy. They have a little terrace too.

This is a cozy little spot with decent coffee, sandwiches, bagels, and the usual cakes and cookies. Free wifi (although is occasionally a bit shaky), and a good-size seating area.

I try to bring my lunch to work but when I don't, this is practically the only place I go to. The soups are just sooooooo fresh and amazing. The owners make a new batch every day. A simple cream of carrot with bits of ginger, sprinkled with a little garnish is delish! The soups are usually also paired with a daily special which is all well under $10. The coffee is good too. Oh and the veggie/goat cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread, droooool....forget the bag lunch or an expensive place, Cafe 92 is just right!

If you are in NDG and are looking for a great little independent cafe - you need to check this place out. The coffee is fantastic, the homemade food is light and full of flavour. The decor could use a little sprucing up, but I won't hold it against them. I give them a solid very, very good!

I've been to this great little cafe and had a double expresso and it was great. The quesadilla with the omelette is fantastic. The burrito with eggs really fills the gap in the morning. This is a restaurant that is also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

We stopped in here for coffee and snacks. Really nice atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. This is the kind of place where you order a coffee, sit back with a newspaper and just watch the world go by. Very cozy and intimate. I had the house blend coffee and it was very good, plus we tried the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Very nice. You must drop by this place if you are in the NDG neighborhood of Montreal.

Coffee is good and the daily lunch special is usually delicious! Get there before 1pm though as it usually sells out quick. Soups are great! A tiny little place that can get really hot in the summer!

I really do love this place and I'm there at least once a week if not more. It's an 8 min walk from Concordia's Loyola campus which is perfect for me. Their soup of the day is always different and is easily the best soup I've had - particularly when they do their roasted red pepper. The sandwich of the day is always good too, although I always go for my favourite: Grilled vegetable w/ goat cheese. Everyone should go here.
