Ordered a special Ukrainian Easter bread Paska online with a prompt reply from the manager. No hassles, no worries, was there on time nice and fresh. Super friendly service. Rye bread amazing as well. A few tables available, people enjoying coffee and pastries. Noticed soup was on menu as well. Will have to try next time. Convenient location across from... More

I like their sandwiches, nothing exceptional but fresh and tasty. The pretzels are to die for Their doughnuts are exceptional. For more of an authentic taste taje the maron stuffed, but the custard one is great. Did not enjoy the chocolate one personally, tasted too powdery.

I recently stopped in at the Sherbrooke street location in NDG. What a pleasant experience! I'd driven past it many time...always intending to stop there. So glad I finally did! The staff are incredibly friendly. They have many authentic Polish foods (I am Polish ). The poppy seed strudel is the best I have had...highly recommended! ! I will be... More

Not a fancy place but good service, good prices and lots of baked goods to discover. We tried the new place on St-Lawrence.

Had the stuffed cabbage and the goulash. Both authentic and delicious. Good coffee and they even had Kwiat Lipy (Linden Flower Tea) which my local Polish store was out of.

I loved the sweets this bakery in Montreal, Canada. It's a Polish bakery with delicate tasty sweets. A charming little place, very good to find this when walking along St- Laurent Street. I recommend.

My wife and I happened to be in Montreal for a few days. While walking along St-Laurent St. we stumbled upon this Polish pastry shop. We really enjoyed atmosphere, quality and taste of the pastries in this place. We came back few times, and even had lunch there - we had very nice eastern European salads, Pirozhki, staffed cabbage, etc.... More

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighbourhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
