The tum yum soup is terrible. The broth is not homemade (it's boxed) and who puts canned corn & peas. Mushrooms were also canned. Take out packaging was terrible. You definitely need to change that. And there are bean sprouts in it even though I...specifically asked for no bean sprouts and the guy said they didn't put any.. sorry for the terrible review but this was a terrible lunch!More
My son and some of his friends went for supper and told us about it when he got home. Seems the food was good but the service was terrible and when my son and his friends paid and went to leave, the waitress wouldn't let...them leave without tipping. So they were forced to tip for crappy service...not very impressed.More
Yummy, yummy, yummy! Some Chinese restaurants you go to the food is greasy - but not this one! Food was delicious! Not greasy at all, very flavourful. Each dish had its own flavour … it was so good, we forgot to take photos! We ordered...two shumai dishes (one pork and one pork with shrimp), a chicken dish, fried rice, and a hot pot dish. We had a feeling it would be a good choice for our first night in Montreal because even though the restaurant is small it was busy.More
Service is great. Ordered take out for sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, and fried rice with salted fish and chicken. Taste good. Portion is not big. So 3 portion is good enough for us. Reasonably price.
Great walk in restaurant in downtown Montreal! Casual atmosphere with fast, efficient and very friendly service! We ordered sweet and sour chicken which was to die for, garlic broccoli, noodles ad dumplings. Very good, fresh food. Reasonably priced and well worth a visit!
We did not feel like going out so we had door Dash deliver from restaurant PM and the food was very delicious. We had ordered the hot and sour soup, General Tao chicken, sesame beef, and stirfried mixed vegetables. I would highly recommend all four...of the dishes.More
Don't go here for great decor because none is to be found. Go for some decent Chinese food that won't break the bank by any means. They have a extensive menu with various dishes to be had. Prices are very good for what you get....Unfortunately in these times of take-out & delivery only, the food can lose some spark by the time it reaches your door.More
The least tasty Chinese food I've ever had. General Tao was bland, sweet and sour pork had almost no sauce, veggies were meh, very disappointed.
A great lunch spot! It looks like a local destination, therefore it must be very good! The Beef and broccoli is extraordinary and the Seafood soup was wonderful as well!
By a mile some of the best chinese food in Montreal. The price is great, salt and spicy shrimp are a must try!
In the mood for stir fry noodle. Not lo mein. The Cantonese fry noodles are supposed to be lightly deep fried and many places don't get it right. They over fried it and will taste like dry uncooked pasta. This place did it just right....They have shrimp dumpling (har gow) so I ordered it as appetizer, normally a lunch dim sum item. The skin was just so so.More
The restaurant PM is your normal average Chinese, typical atmosphere (none...), menu, service, and prices. Dishes were better than average taste.
Authentic Cantonese food. Excellent service from the wait staff. Comfortable dining area. My kids had General Tso's chicken, and they asked for it to be spicy, but it was very mild. Shrimp with lobster sauce was different from what we expected - instead of a...light-colored sauce, it was in the brown salty sauce found with other typical Chinese dishes (my husband did not care for this at all). Pineapple chicken was very good. Not sure I would come here again. Nothing bad, but nothing outstanding or attention-getting. A decent meal.More
We had lunch at PM.. adults and children. The food was all good, service attentive. The General Tau Tofu was outstanding, a thin batter coating and perfect sauce. Cashew chicken and vegetable rice were very good also. The two children were happy with their meals....Can't be better.More
