Very nice place and good service. We had a reservation which was good because the place was full... It is a bring your own wine restaurant and there is a corner shop just opposite the restaurant where you can get some beers. Good choices for pasta an pizza well prepared. Starters are really good and they are not like every... More

Located in Little Italy, this restaurant is very simple place! Kind of nonna's kitchen back in Italy. It's a bring your wine restaurant that serves authentic pizzas and pastas. It's simply delicious. Being an extremely busy restaurant staff is not the most happy but hey it's a great place to have fun. Can be loud sometime. Be prepared to wait... More

Pizza is very good. Thin crust pizza. Service is very fast. Not expensive. Nice place for friends/ family/ couples. I like the fact of being your own wine and beer. I would go back to this restaurant.

My wife and I felt like we were back in Italy. The Margarita Pizza we had was very, very good and reminded me of small pizza restaurants we visited in Italy. The mozzarella salad we had as an appetizer was also very good. It is a BYOB and only takes cash. They have a small but nice outdoor seating area.... More

The atmosphere and food were top draw. Located on Dante Street (where else?), how could they survive with clientele from Italy via Little Italy were they not top draw! We wandered in tor early lunch. The place soon filled up with (apparently) regulars. Not disappointed we ate our fill and never looked back with regret. Thank you to both founder... More

The brought us the wrong pizza and they were very rude when we pointed it out. They didn't want to change our pizza and just put extra stuff on it. At the end we had to pay for the wrong order, which was more expansive than our original one. The pizza was small and not good. I don't recommend it.

Tucked away on a side street (189 Dante to be exact) in the Petite Italie section of Montreal, is Pizzeria Napoletana. Pizza was always meant to be made and eaten this way! The thin crust, perfectly cooked pizza is the best we have had, without exception. The variety of toppings makes us want to stay there the entire day and... More

Very bad service, server ignored us, was searching for a mirror to admire himself, the entrees were good but the pizzas average at the most. Smelly canned shrimps on a pizza! In recent years, I have been there three or fouR times a year. The last two times I've been diasppointed, first with pasta and the last time with pizza.

It is absolutely pathetic to be standing out side the restaurant for an hour just to eat a freakin super thin pizza that doesn't taste like anything! We were 10 people 5 adults and 5 kids under the age of 8. The service .... Not the best, we felt like just a number , they just wanna get rid of... More

Staying in Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie

Neighbourhood Profile
Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie
Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie has one of Canada's most prominent Italian communities, with Little Italy concentrated along the convivial bends of Saint-Lawrence Boulevard. Known for its fantastic bars and authentic Italian fare, the domain includes the Jean-Talon Market, the largest public market in North America. Open year-round, sunny months see fruit and vegetable stalls set up outside the main chalet, while blustery weather draws crowds indoors to meat and cheese sellers, spices and truffles stalls, and for regional delicacies such as rare Charlevoix lamb. While the market dictates what's fresh for local restaurateurs, visitors can please more than their palates, taking in the Renaissance architecture and frescos of Madonna della Difesa, the picturesque Rue Saint-Rominique with its cheerful homes and splendid gardens, or the ornamented thoroughfare of Plaza Saint-Hubert.
