Been here a couple of times for drinks. The prices are decent and they have a popcorn vending machine which is fun. The place is a little dingy if sitting inside, however.

A landmark in Montreal, where famous writers, journalists , and politicians called their watering hole. Good pub food. Great bartender Dov. He treats customers very well. Great talker. And story teller.

After a day at the Museum of fine arts we chose to have a simple meal at this historic Pub nearby. The pub is generally what one might expect in terms of atmosphere and menu items. We started by sharing a very generous charcuterie platter...More

The entire experience was a typical tourist trap. The food was medicore and the staff was less than that. Have you ever been in a restaurant and felt like you were interrupting their day by asking for service? This that kind of place.

As we explored Montreal on 12/2/17, we stopped into the pub for a pint and to grab a snack. We enjoyed talking with our bartender Ryan who was willing to answer the questions of curious Americans on the CFL, the loss of the Expos, and...More

On a busy weekday night our party of four settled on an outside table with heat lamps -- perfectly fine and a view of the lively street scene. Service was efficient and helped us sample beers to go with the pub cuisine. My burger was...More
