Excellent service and food In an intimate setting in historic Vieux Montreal. Tried this a walk in and we were not disappointed.

Good service, prime location, good food. A bit pricy but to be expected due to the location on historical St Paul Street in Old Montreal. The grilled seam bream and Maduro Shrimp were very good.. Worth the experience.

The decor is classy and antique, excellent food and excellent service. The waiters were friendly, courteous and practicing excellent Covid hygiene methods.

I ordered the special sampler for 60$, 2 appetizers 1 main dish and dessert. The main dish I was served was a frozen chunk of fish, uncooked. Not cold, but **frozen** with icicles. I sent it back without making a fuzz. Since my partner order...a cod/egg/rice mix that had no cod I sent that back also, and asked for both dishes to be served simultaneously. Of course they were not..... and when it came 20 min after mine the cod was burnt. Never got the dessert that was included in the special, waited 35 min, asked three times, and gave up. Service were trying hard to help, but our specific server (a tall older male) was terrible and even offensive. In the end we did not pay the bill, but only after a few back and forth with the maitre and the hostess. Any respectable restaurant would cancel the bill on the **first incident alone**. On the positive, appetizers were good to very good. House wine really good. Ambience really good. Too bad they spoiled our night. Shameful.More

Went with my wife and members of the Beaconsfield Newcomer's Club. She had the grilled cod fish and I had the grilled sirloin steak; all excellent beyond our expectations not to mention the 5-star service. I ordered a liter of their imported house wine which...reminded me of the house wine in Italy; fruity, delicious and lite. Very disappointing that this wine is not available at SAQ. And BTW, live guitar music starts at 7pm, which was an absolute delight.More

Great hidden gem. Had the tapas, caldo verde and squid. Loved the ambience, elegant restaurant and very romantic. Service was exceptional!

We went here based on other reviews. Very disappointed. We opted for the tapas and while the restaurant wasn't that busy, each dish was only just warm. Our waiter drifted around and seemed far more interest in pandering to a couple who had ordered some...exotic dessert by the window. When it came to the bill, our waiter asked if we had 2 or 4 glasses of wine - you would think he should know if he was paying attention. Overall an underwhelming experienceMore
