The food was ok. However, the waiter demanded at least 15 percent tip "according to the law in Quebec" and did not let us go before we pay it.

Upon arrival at this somewhat hidden gem in Old Montreal, I was transported to another world...the decor, paintings, tiles and fado music made me feel like I'd walked into a restaurant in Lisbon! The menu confirmed the authenticity of the place...all wines were from Portugal...More

Awesome food, perfect supper, and a great romantic/family friendly environment. This was by far our favourite restaurant in Montreal during our 10 day trip.

We have been wanting to try Portuguese food. This restaurant did not disappoint. It was romantic. We had a window seat looking out on St. Paul. The food and the service were both very, very good.

You can usually tell if a restaurant is up-to-scratch by the quality of its calamari and crême brulée! Both were exquisite with mouth-watering medallion of bison in -between! If you are looking for a super restaurant with moderate prices in an old world Portuguese grand...More

The historic centre of Montreal, Vieux-Port is home to
