If you love cats, this is the place to go. The charming resident cats are sweetest as. And the food is really delicious. We had sandwiches with salad, and tea. There were amazing desserts too. The staff are delightful and seemed happy to be working...there. It was so enjoyable to have a leisurely meal with the darling kitties around, some sleeping and some frolicking. A special experience. Don’t miss it if you have the time!More

The best lemonaid we've ever had, a brownie (covered in sugared walnuts) to die for, and approachable felines of all sizes and descriptions. What more could you ask for...?

Fun atmosphere, friendly staff who spoke both English and French, and delicious food! The food was a little on the pricey side, but I would highly recommend the pouding aux bananes--it was incredibly light and flavorful! The cats were sweet but mainly stayed away from...customers. It seemed that a few cats regularly hung around the register, so you may have a chance to pet those cats if you don't see any others. If visiting in the winter when it's snowy, be prepared to take off your winter boots and potentially get your socks wet when transitioning from the vestibule to the cafe. I only saw one person walking around inside with slippers, and everyone else was walking around in their socks, so it did not seem like the cafe provides disposable slippers. I suggest bringing a change of socks or your own slippers. If you do not want to leave your boots in the vestibule by the door, you are allowed to put them in a bin and taken them inside with you. Note that during the busy lunch time when we visited, we had to wait for about 15-20 minutes to enter the cafe, and the vestibule was cramped, cold, and had 1 chair.More

Forget the cats and go just for the food - it was delicious. A short wait to get in but staff are quick to clean and seat people as soon as they can. The cats were sweet and definitely respected and not chased or subjected...to attention they don't want, plus lots of places for them to go for privacy with climbing up to the ceiling.More

Visited this cute cat cafe a few weeks ago and really enjoyed my visit. No entry fee, you just pay for coffee and/or any food you want. Time is not limited like in other cat cafes I visited. The vegetarian-friendly menu was actually quite good,...even though not massive; good coffee, tasty cakes and pastries. Obviously it’s not the food, but the cats that are the reason to come here. The local furry residents are charming, but also won’t entertain you if they don’t feel like it (yes, my belly rubs were gently rejected by the handsome Gustave); rightly so, they are the bosses here! Covid restrictions are in place, and you need to take off your shoes and wash your hands before sitting down etc. Really great cat cafe and happens to be in an interesting area worth exploring further.More

The place was disappointing . The food was expensive for no reason, it did not even taste good; it was soo bland. The lemonade looked like soap water. A cheese cake For 7$ I expected to be at least decent it wasn’t: jello butter with...no taste. It wasn’t even 2 inch wide; really small proportion. I was glad they ran out of it or we would have payed a lot more. I don’t know maybe it was just a one time thing but I felt as if we got scammed. Definitely just go for the cats. A 40$ I could’ve spent else where.More

No idea how they get away with it. Looked it up and cannot do this in Ontario. Fun. The cats are all about. They play, they sleep, the just hang. Food’s good enough, not really the appeal here. Everyone was friendly. Place was fun.

This is a really fun place for super fresh food that’s delicious. I just wanted a salad for dinner and so glad I came across this place. The cats are the draw here (8 in total); all friendly, all from local rescues. There’s a profile...of each of them on the tables so you can get an idea of who you’re looking at as they walk by your table or lounge in one of their many spots. The food is super good and very fresh. Salad was great and lemonade was made from actual lemons. Friendly, attentive staff. One of the cats likes to ride the remote controlled skateboard which served as additional dining entertainment. I’m not even that much of a cat person but I loved the place.More

The atmosphere is truly "chaleureux" (warm, friendly". The feline staff is purrrrfect, the food is simple but very tasty. You don't go there for a quick bite or a great restaurant, you go there for the entire experience. I highly recommend =)

Perhaps the menu is a bit pricey but the experience makes it worth it. Dine among adorable felines that allow you to share their space. There are some playful kitties to interact with and the staff were kind and attentive. If you're a cat lover...- this is a must-do while in Montreal.More

I went with my partner and aunts! We were giddy like children because there were lots of gorgeous cats ! The logical common sense rules are posted at the entrance! Most of the cats just do there own thing! The cats in training might try...and get you to break the rules so beware of their loving tactics! The server did a great job of serving and keeping everything fun! Another gentleman worker had time to play with the cats.... it was really fun for us! Food is simple and delicious! Thank you cat cafe you made us happy and we smiled all day afterwards!More

This charming cafe is run by an amazing staff who are more knowledgable about cats than any other persons I have ever met. The cafe itself is homey and comfortable and is home to a wide array of cats. The older ones are full time...residents and the kittens are carefully matched to screened applicants when they are 3 months or older. Meanwhile, you get to sit and enjoy good food and drink while engaging in purr therapy! We spent a chunck of our Sunday morning in Montreal just enjoying these wonderful new friendsMore

A bunch of friends decided to go there on a Saturday afternoon to grab a coffee/bite and plays some games we brought, while seeing/petting cats. The good: We counted at least 8 cats there. A good healthy menu with vegans plates also available. Clean place....Warm place (which is important as we have to remove our boots/shoes before we come in). Our waitress was friendly. Cats roam around the tables, when not sleeping. We waited for a few minutes before we got a table but really not long. The bad: Bathroom small. Waiting room is also small. Waiting room also smell. Waiting room has boots lying everywhere which makes it very difficult to walk around, and it is cold. Food is pricey. Coffees are small. Some waitresses did not feel as friendly. The cats are just that, and they ignore you, or sleep. If the place is more quiet, then they will be more active. It is a cute little cafe where you can go and live an experience. Food is great but pricey. But they really need to upgrade the waiting room.More

We recently lost our beloved cats & needed some feline companionship. The welcome at this cafe was certainly chaleureux! The cats were kept busy providing calming influences for their guests.
