Cold night, you and your friend and walking through the roads of Montreal. The hole in your stomach grows deeper. You look through the windows of every restaurant you encounter to find that one place that will satisfy your appetite. You fail miserably. But WAIT!! Do not despair! For there is the slightly expensive, and good (but not too good,... More

The waitress we had was less than accommodating, wasn't friendly seemed more like we were a bother kept asking if we were ready when we weren't, wouldn't explain certain dishes and didn't ask me... I came here with a coworker for supper. After a long day of traveling, we checked into our hotel (Delta) and wanted somewhere close to unwind and relax and the front desk recommended this restaurant. The prices were awesome, the atmosphere was great and the food was really good. The price for beers was the best I had seen in... More

I can't say enough about the food at Les 3 Brasseurs! It was absolutely delicious, hot and just the right portions. The BIG issue I had with the restaurant was the wait time. When we arrived there were 3 groups in front of us. A group of 4 and 2 groups of 3. We were also a group of 3.... More

Nice home made brewed beer and good selection of wines. Food is usual brasserie style and good portions. A bit noisy but hey you are in a pub.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighbourhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
