Falafel is not authentic, the sauce and condiments are also not tasty. I don’t recommend it if you want real falafel.

hole in the wall but super food served by those in the know. would go again if in the area. Loved felafel and the salad was totally super.
very disappointing. The bread they use for the falafel is not good. Also its much too soft so everything breaks down. Toilet was dirty and also table where we ate was dirty . Very expire bakery also
Customer service was excellent. The food was good and plentiful. It was easy to get there by car. The falafel, baklava and veggies were all tasty.
Wow, that's the best vegetarian experience I've had in Montreal. We had the hummus - felafel plate which came with delicious and wholesome salads, with a side of vegetarian shawarma made of mushrooms. I'm not much for fake meat, but the shawarma was extraordinary. Friendly...and helpful staff. We'll be back soon.More

Amazing authentic Israel food. Great service. Bakery on the place. Unfortunately no sitting place, take out only. We will back soon.
Forget all the fast Lebanese food chains! Once you experience a Mister Falafel sandwich or various plates you will have tasted the best in town
The falafel was so good, everything was fresh, loaded with healthy veggies.... now I can't drive by without stopping! Worth it!!!

My husband and I love this restaurant. We usually get takeout although they do have a few outdoor tables. The food is healthy and vegetarian , with an amazing array of salads. Their pita is made on site and you can’t find it any fresher...anywhere in Montreal. For the gargantuan portions the price is very reasonable. We shared a vegetarian shawarma plate which came with a choice of three salads, two pita, and a huge dollop of hummus . We were full and could have shared with a third person.More
We haven't been to Falafel St. Jacques in quite a while and I’m happy to report that nothing has changed, maybe even better. We arrived at about 11:30 am, just before their lunchtime rush. Even with Covid around there are still take-out lines. How could...we resist not ordering our favourite, their Falafel platter! It is excellent!! We were happy to see Salah and Shanni are still part of the original staff. Their platter comes with delicious warm pita, 4 very warm Falafel balls and a choice of 3 salads. I always order an extra ball and an extra pita. There is Ia small surcharge. I also ordered two strawberry Sufganiyot (Israeli donuts). Delicious, they were still warm. A real treat if you have never tasted one. Their display of salads is amazing! Everything is fresh and the choices are hard to pick. Did I mention that they also sell sweet treats, cakes, cookies, donuts and much more. Everything is super fresh and delicious. I also just found out that you can park across the street at the LA Belle Province but not for too long. Enjoy!! P.S. There is another location in the works on Decarie near Vezina. It should open in a few months. Look for it.More
We were in the mood for some quality Mediterranean Cuisine and this place hit the spot. They now have a very small terrace where there parking lot once was as well as a few spots on their balcony. The service was super fast. I ordered...their Hummus Falafel plate ($12.99) which by the way will definitely feed two. I have enclosed a pic. It comes with four falafels but I asked for an extra ball, which they gave me no charge. The falafel balls were nestled on a great homemade Hummus and you get an authentic homemade pita for dipping. You also get to pick 3 Mediterranean salads from a large assortment being offered. I chose their potato salad, pickled beets and Brussel sprouts. You also get 3 salads that are included on the plate. They also have a very large assortment of pastries, cookies and danish. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the place to be. Enjoy!!More
Was a little dissapointed, they didnt have any of the sides in store that were on the online menu, got the shish taouk (mushrooms) was good but would have been better hot. Their pitas are to die for so make urself a favour and get...an extra oneMore
My story as a health provider - My love story with Felafel St. Jacques, dates back to when they first opened. I was enchanted- it brought me back to Jerusalem's- Melach Hafelafel - the Eatery hotspot where everything is super fresh and it was as...fun to watch the theatrics of the assembling of the falafel- as the buzz of activity. The National celebrated and highlighted why I loooooved this very special place- because people of diverse backgrounds like the owner and his manager , Israeli and the latter Palestinian work together like brothers to create all this delishness. If the world would only learn these lessons. So often after stopping off later at night after taking care of family tasks- I knew , I could enjoy a warm welcome and a yummy vegetarian feast. At the onset of the Pandemic, Ronni , the owner was donating and delivering free meals to frontline health care workers in hospitals who were working with Covid- 19 patients and could use this support as they battled exhaustion from long hours.. When they found out I was quarantined they texted and phoned me regularly to see if I needed anything that they could deliver. We are so blessed to have these angels as a shining example serving our community.More
