This was my first time and we were a large group. We were the only non Asians in the restaurant which is an amazing sign. The food was outstanding. Service for ordering, serving and clearing was friendly. Getting water refills was almost impossible. Jasmine tea was wonderful. No waste as you are able to take leftovers home. Lobster was fresh... Immediately upon entering the restaurant, I knew that we would be in for a treat. The restaurant was full of families enjoying the delicious foods being served. Also at one end of the restaurant a wedding was taking place and adding to the ambiance of the evening. We were celebrating the departure of our grandchildren leaving for summer camp. I... More

Food is good, location is OK especially the parking area, cars are randomly parked sometimes making it difficult for other vehicles to move, remember to order or pick less coz its quite filling and you cant really eat as much as you think you can, no waste anyways as I packed the remaining food for later ... Good experience altogether... More

When we are in the mood for dimsum, and we do not want to go to Chinatown or Brossard, this is the place to go. Go early if you can. Parking can be crazy. Now with the Asian grocery store, it is nuts. The staff is friendly there and efficient, clearing away the used dishes. The dimsum is very good... More

Great place for lunch. Good Dim Sum. The usual, dumplings, noodles, chicken feet etc. The pork dumplings are excellent, squid also good and crunchy but a little greasy.

We like the brunch there but OMG do yourself a favor and don't go there noon on weekends! Average Customer service, but there was an old lady waitress there who was very nice, and she gave us genuine warm service, she earned 1 star for the restaurant in my book. Popular is a good sign for a restaurant, we just... More

We were two couples, the first time eating here for both. We were surprised to find the restaurant so busy on a Tuesday early lunch, with the majority of clients being Asian (usually a positive sign that the food is good!). The place is very large and quite attractive, with pink cloth tablecloths and multiple chandeliers. We were also surprised... More

We've been for Dim Sum many times. You must arrive early, by 11:30 as it is always packed with Asian families. They know it's delicious too! Servers push the cart around with many kinds of dumplings, noodles, pork, duck, etc and you choose what you like. I don't know the English names. Mostly Mandarin is spoken, and little French and... The Tong-Por parking lot is always full on Sundays, which means this restaurant is greatly appreciated and popular. Once inside, the noise is typical of a busy place, but never too loud. Service is quick and response to your request too. The jasmine tea is always hot and the smell indicates that it is a freshly brewed real green tea... More

Between meetings, I had a bit of time so stopped at Tong Por for a mini Dim Sum fix. 11:15 on a Thursday morning. Only 4-5 other tables were occupied. I liked that there were only a few stacks of steam racks on each of the 4-5 carts neing moved around. No cold stuff here. I was alone so only... More
