Fresh and fantastic food. The flavors were great. The service was friendly. I will definitely return. This Indian Restaurant is a must.

Small casual dine in place where one can select food items to constitute one’s own Thali. Delicious food at reasonable pricing. Friendly and courteous customer service.
Thali is a very easy and tasty Indian food place ! very good ! I chose a combination of meats and the potato salad ... everything was very good except the rice which was not freshly made or is of a hard type of rice......everything else was perfect !More
We went here as a very last minute. We walked in, and got our food within 5 minutes. The food was very cheap ($CA 11 for 3 vegetarian curries, rice and naan). The food was all delicious, and the incredible deal made it even more...delicious. The chana masala was amazing. The dal and aloo gobi were both good, but nothing spectacular. The place seems a bit unhygienic, but it is really not so bad.More
Eating tables and space is totally messed up. Aloo tikki and bhel I loved it. The mattar paneer was soo watery. Tandoori chicken totally not worth it. Chole bhature doesn't have much taste in it.More
Hi A. Rag, Umm ok. I guess you didn't realize that we are busy and space is tight but anyway. As we are a quick serve no frills type of place and you did chose to eat there. If everyone gives 4/5 stars ... then...More
This is a very small, no frills restaurant. Good variety and good food. I have only been here a few times but it has always been busy but service is fast. The employees are very helpful. BEST NAAN BREAD - very fresh.
It's a small restaurant with an elaborate menu and hard working staff. Preparation decor, hygiene , presentation all can be improved. Crockery was again which can be improved. Price again , if food is cheap then price is also. Look for other options. Not worth...your effort time and money.More
Sorry but your review is not well thought of or researched. As well are not aware of quality to price ratio. Take a look at previous reviews, you are the minority here.
Went to the restaurant recently on a friend's recommendation, and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Options are economical and the restaurant provides many options for vegetarians and vegans. Also the service is very fast, so don't have to wait more than 5 minutes. Will surely visit...again.More
I go there often, last week with a friend, we enjoyed the food vege, but with me is there as well. Food is fresh and cosy place, better to go after eating hours, it is full as not many space. But if you have to...wait, you will not regret, people very nice and speak French. It is my indian food restaurant in Montreal. Also is not expensive.More
Awesome place to swing by and quickly order exactly what you need. I’ve never been to any Indian restaurant that has the option of ordering a vegetarian or non vegetarian platter and receiving 3 different curries plus one naan and rice. What a great option...especially when you are not going with other people.More
This place serves a decent thali with well-flavoured curries. The lamb was great and the naan bread was good. The salt lassi was excellent, but the chai tasted of nothing.
This place is great. You can choose a veg or non-veg thali. The portions are generous, the taste of the food is fresh, and the prices are very very good. One of my favorite places in Mtl. Will go back and will recommend!
Blessed and humbled
Been there with my wife and we ordered Chicken Biriyani and Masala dosa. The food was very oily, the chicken Biriyani was not really a Biriyani but rice mixed with chicken, loaded with powdered red pepper. The dosa was better, but was soaked in cooking...oil. Never going again?!More
"Never going again?!" Why did you put a question mark? Still contemplating coming back? :-P ... Please don't and learn punctuation. How can you write reviews if you don't understand punctuation! You see... that's where a exclamation mark goes. I could teach you more, but...More
I ordered a combo plate including beef and lab broth and a broth of cheese and pea. Beef and lab was supposed to be marinated in cury but they were not prepared at all. It seemed that they were took from the fridge and were...added by pepper. I tasted bread and samosa too. They were not good. I make you sure that you can find delicious samosa in Montreal (see my previous posts). However, the special drink of resto (thumb up) was perfect. I ordered mango one. I strongly recommend it. Overall, its price is a bit lower than other Indian restos but a I believe that better quality is available in Montreal.More
Little Indian food place with fresh offerings and pretty decent variety of things to grab. Staff is courteous and prices are extremely cheap compared to what you typically find in Indian restaurants.
