A classic italian eatery much fun ... great food ..service Faroque is a pizza gent/ chef almost as good as Chicago pizza! Faheeda made the place work . hummmm and Renee was a perfect hostees. Absolutely disappointed! The risotto was paste like. When I told the server about this, she says the kitchen staff wasn't surprised by my comment. They did NOT offer to take anything off my bill or to replace it. I'd never go here again. My wife...had the lasagna. Again, nasty. The sauce tasted almost rancid! She was so hungry though she ended up eating half of it. Do NOT eat here!More

Atmosphere was great. We loved the spaghetti carbonara. Took half an hour to place drink order, the service was not good and we didn’t enjoy the drinks. Also, says online that you can bring your own wine, this is not true.

Located right in downtown Montreal, this place is excellent value. They have three course meals, with tea or coffee, for $20 give take a dollar or two. I had pasta with mushroom sauce, and my husband had salmon and both were good with fairly large...portions and came with buns that had been heated up. We were there after 8pm, and they had run out of most of the desserts, though our server did her best to find us something.More

Ordered a food (delivery). Food was just a joke. Green salad was rotten. Lasagna -over-salted. Salmon was burned. Tiramisu-was a peace of the cheap cake from a grocery store. All was terrible and went to the garbage.

We have eaten at this restaurant before and the food was great and the service was good. Although they didn’t have any buns left and was given hamburger buns as a replacement. So, during the pandemic while staying in Montreal we decided to order from...here. I called and the lady taking my order kept interrupting to speak with other staff. After finally placing the order I was told 1/2 hour to 1 hour for delivery. After an hour and 10 minutes I decided to call back. I was told they lost my number and it would be there right away. A half hour later it finally showed up. I left the driver a tip as it wasn’t his fault . The food was completely cold. We had waited 1 hour and 40 minutes. I was lied to and told they lost the number but on my receipt was all the info I first gave when I ordered. I’m actually ok waiting that long for delivery as the food was good. BUT it was cold. I’m staying at a hotel with no way to heat it up not should I have had to. The food was good but because I had to wait 1hr 40mins plus the food being cold I’m giving 3 stars. If it was hot I would have given 4, on time would have been 5 stars. Again, the food was good.More

My friends and I came accidently, across this restaurant many years ago, on a shopping trip to Montreal. We loved the simple Italian ambience, and the food was fabulous!! Just recently, me and my same friend, seemed it out, and nothing had changed!!! The same...great food, atmosphere, and very reasonable prices. Next time in Montreal, I will be going back.More

We ended up here because other restaurants were closed over the Holidays, but had a delightful meal. Generous portions of hearty Italian food. Efficient service. Pleasant, homey atmosphere

If you want a home away from home with a tasty home cooked feel then Santa Lucia is the place. I’m never disappointed with any item from their menu from traditional oven cooked pizza to their pastas. I’m a repeat customer and plan on coming...back. I love their 3 pasta plate the best.More

Lovely traditionally made Pizza, cooked the old fashioned way in a wood burning stove, plenty of choice and reasonably priced too. Worth a look when in Downtown Montreal . Service with a smile too.

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you smell the authentic wood burning oven where all the pizzas are made. The service was fast, the food was delicious, and the owners/staff were caring and courteous. A MUST TRY!!!

Its a small cozy place. Went on a Thursday night and no reservations. Got the pesto chicken pizza and garlic bread. The garlic bread was really fresh hot and crispy-soft at the same time. I’d recommend it with cheese. The pesto chicken pizza was something...I never had before but was good. They had chilli flakes and oil which I added to my liking. The pizza’s are made in a traditional wood-fired oven so you know its gonna be a really beautiful texture.More

Food was delicious. The only problems I had were it seemed to be very much a locals place. While no one was excessively rude, I did get a lot of unwanted stares. Almost to the point of wanting to tell people to take a picture...since it would last longer. The place was also extremely warm. May have just been due to our proximity to the brick oven... Still, I do highly recommend the food.More

My younger son (10 yrs old), said his meal was the best spaghetti he’s ever had! Overall the restaurant is not fancy by any means, but the food is good. My husband and I both had pizza. It’s more of a traditional style pizza, not...thin crust, cooked on a wood oven. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a basic Italian restaurant (pasta, pizza) this is the place to go!More

Small, quaint but very dated restaurant decor. But don't focus on that. The food is amazing. Ordered garlic cheese bread which was awesome. The Americana pizza with saussage was very tasty. Friendly service. On a side street off Saint Catherine that would be easy to...miss. Not far away is Dorchester Park where you could eat your order on a nice day if you wish.More
