Everything we had was exceptional! Hands down the best food in our whole vacation. The atmosphere was great and the people working there we’re very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the food.

Hidden gem! Had amazing food; my wife had bison and I had rabbit. We shared “pouding chômeur” for dessert . Food was melting in your mouth. Service was impeccable and ambiance was really nice and relax. Highly recommend this restaurant
Chose this restaurant because of top reviews and fit our type of place; small, casual, cool atmosphere and good value. We were not disappointed and in fact, coupled with the superior staff, exceeded our expectations. The menu is limited, but has enough choices to meet...needs. We mixed some entrees for starters and vice versa. The quality of food and preparation was unique and some of the best we’ve experienced. Provided our last night in Quebec City with a special memory.More
We had arrived late in Quebec City and was struggling to find a restaurant open late on a Tuesday night. How luck we were to find BE Club! Michael was very accomodating in finding us a table and his service was outstanding. The food was...amazing and even the kids were happy!More
We happened to walk past and they managed to get us a table. The staff were so friendly and the food was amazing. We shared a starter(baked Brie) fillet mignon and a desert and they were stunning. Great flavours and beautifully cooked. The menu isn’t...massive but the ingredients are put together in such a clever way. So glad we managed to get a table.More
Let's cut to the chase - this place is simply awesome. The people, the atmosphere. And the food. Oh, the food. We shared the smoked meat poutine and the macaroni and cheese (yeah, I know, eating healthy on vacation again). Both were amazing - the...best poutine of the trip, and the best mac and cheese ever. A great find and very, very highly recommended.More
The restaurant is closed. No one contacted us to cancel our reservation. We travelled 3000 miles to Quebec - researched the restaurant- confirmed the booking and arrived to find the place was closed for the month of September- very poor service.
Surprisingly quiet for a lovely little restaurant. Just off the main drag so we could actually hear each other speak. Food was excellent - especially the cod. Good service - what’s not to like!
If you love great food the this place will not disappoint. The food was delicious. It is the top three restaurants I have ever eaten at. I couldn’t as for anything better and the price was so low for the quality of the food I...ate. Que Rico!More
Every dish was incredible - pork belly, Mac and cheese was best we’ve ever had. Cod was perfect. Just perfect yummy food
We were looking for a different kind of restaurant during our weekend trip to Quebec City. We loved this place. The service was outstanding and they are obviously passionate about food. We loved the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. The charcuterie board was amazing,...as well as the locally sourced smoked meats. We like to discover places unique to the area when we travel, this place completely delivered!More
The location & decor are excellent. Fabulous wine list and wait staff are friendly too. The dinner - which wasn’t listed on the website menu was a shareable charcuterie prime rib dinner for 2. The meat was tender but raw, we sent some pieces back...to hit the grill for a second round of cooking. Those were delicious, I am not a fussy meat eater, and am well aware of how prime should be presented but this was rare, which was not enjoyable for us. The only reason I gave this a 4 star was not the meat being under-cooked, it was the warm fries that accompanied the prime. If your going to charge $100.00 for a meal, my suggestion is that the food is hot out of the fryer. The veggies were very good but the dipping sauces/ gravy for the meat also could have been warmed up IMHO. We enjoyed our night and would return but likely order pub style food next time.More
Found this gem on a food tour. It was so great we went back for dinner. William, our server, was a delight, explaining the menu and making recommendations. The club sandwich was outstanding. The Mac and Cheese, also a must try. Definitely drop in. Highly...recommend!More
Oliver was an excellent server - explained everything and was very nice and patient as we asked a lot of questions. The service was top notch. The food was delicious. We ordered 6 dishes and all fabulous…lamb (fall of the bone tasty) fois gras (sooo...good), veal cheeks, poutine, charcuterie and the club sandwich with mac n cheese - everyone commented positively on all the dishes. Their smoked meat is truly the best I’ve ever had and the lamb was very tender, fall of the bone but not a huge fan of lentils but other than that / all delicious. We wanted to go back the following night. Give it a try you won’t regret it!More
My wife and i had a great meal here. A rustic, dark wood atmosphere that is very welcoming. Especially in the winter. A fine example of French Canadian cooking with a moderately sized menu. I had a rabbit dish that was to die for, and...my wife had a wonderfully prepared salmon. We would certainly go back again.More
