HOMEMADE BREAD‎
Focaccia
Choice of 3 flavours: olives and feta cheese, figs and caramelized onions, or lardons and old cheddar cheese.
Fromignon (Three Cheese Miche)
For the cheese lovers, this bread is made from all-purpose white flour mixed with buckwheat and topped with parmesan and cheddar cheese.
Fougasse
Choice of 2 flavours: olives and feta cheese or lardons and old cheddar cheese.
Mont Royal Miche
A blend of organic spelt and kamut flour rich in protein and fiber. It is often said that spelt is an ancestor of wheat: and is more nutritious and easier to digest.
Multigrain Miche
A blend of organic rye flour and white flour, enhanced with oatmeal, bran flakes, and our famous homemade mix of grains: flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and millet flakes. A hint of honey adds the finishing touch to this bread.
Nut Loaf
A blend of organic all-purpose flour and white flour, flavoured with walnuts.
Paillard Baguette
Made from white flour containing only the mealy, the powdery texture of the wheat kernel (or “wheat berry) of the wheat germ. Akin to the baguette of france, it features the soft, moist and porous on the inside, and the crisp, delicate crust on the outside.
Parisian Baguette
(Pain de tradition) the tender, yielding crumb has large, irregular holes and nutty, wheat notes. A full flavored curst with a delicate crispiness.
Raisin Loaf
Made with nutritious sultana raisins and currants. Outstanding flavour and aroma in a blend of organic all-purpose and white flour.
Whole Grain Loaf
Made with a home blend of flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and millet flakes. Enhanced texture. High in protein and dietary fiber content.
PASTRIES AND SWEETS‎
Abricotier
Made from our flaky croissant dough, this viennoiserie is topped with white chocolate and apricots. Enjoy this scrumptious treat at any time of the day.
Amandine
Like our abricotier, this amandine consists of our famous croissant dough, stuffed with rich, smooth, irresistible almond cream and topped with sliced almonds.
Apple Turnover
Puff pastry filled with homemade apple compote.
Chocolatine
The "best-ever" croissant stuffed with chocolate 44% cocoa content. What more could you ask for? Indulge in the best butter croissant in québec city!
Croissant
Voted the best croissant in quebec 2010
Lemon Danish
Great‎ for breakfast, as a dessert or a snack, a croissant topped with lemon blossom, a lightly spicy blend of lemon, ginger, and poppy seeds. Your taste buds will be tingling.
Orange Danish
Like the lemon blossom mix, the orange blossom offers the fragrant originality of a mix of candied orange, anise, and sesame seeds. Enjoy this novel taste!
Poirier
Created from paillard famous croissant dough, this viennoiserie cleverly combines pears with almonds, and dark chocolate.
Chocolate Amandier
Made from our delicious chocolatine, this version of the amandier is stuffed with chocolate and the same rich, smooth, irresistible almond cream and topped with sliced almonds.
Chocolate Brioche
A classic brioche made of viennese dough and chocolate chips.

We didn’t ask for the recipe. I am not sure if they give their trade secrets away but it needed no butter! It was perfect!!

They were around $2 each. Not the best macarons I have had, but it was nice to try the maple one.
