My friends and I reserved a table for 6 pm last Saturday, and arrived on time. At 7:45 PM, a waiter came by our table to tell, not ask, us to finish quickly and leave. We were still eating at that time. A second waiter came by a few minutes later and was even more insistent. When the reservation was... More

Excellent food, a varied menu, and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Appetizers include salad and there is an entire page of veg options. No animal products in the naan or parantha, all super and a comfortable and well decorated environment too. Go!

I work very near this restaurant and go several times a year. The Nan bread is amazing here as is the lamb sabzie and butter chicken. The lunch menu is a great value with delicious soup included with all choices below 14$! Vegan options for 8$ (avoid the soup it has chicken). And bring your own wine (strong red wine... More

Lucked upon this restaurant while staying in Quebec for a week. We've been twice and absolutely loved the flavoursome food. It's BYO, and very reasonably priced in an area that has some rather expensive eateries.

We went in this restaurant for lunch. I had the soup of the day and some spicy chicken and they were not too bad at all, though in this cusine there is much less curry than in the Indian cusine. However, this lunch dish did not included bread (the naan) and the rice was not much, while, as a side,... More

Went there on a saturday night and there were only 2 waiters for the whole place... We only saw the waiter twice as he was way too busy. I know they did their best but it wasn't well managed. The food was very very tasty but the portions were ridiculously small for the price. We actually had to eat after... More

A great little place we found thanks to Lonely Planet. It's labelled as "Afghani" food, but seems pretty much the same as Indian food to me! They offer a few prix fixe menus that give you a good variety if you are overwhelmed by what to order! The place is crowded, but still creates a nice ambiance for friends or... More

The service its not so good because its only 1 server, the food will take time but worth it. Try to be early to eat fast and be well attended. The eggplants, lentil, squash, rice and naan... are very good. For a vegetarian you will have many options. Expensive

I wanted to eat some middle east food and I enjoyed it. The food was excellent and I felt like I was transported elsewhere away from Quebec city. The price range was decent too. I will visit again :)
