Busy microbrew/pub next to student college. Good choice of housebrewed beers and interesting menu. Had the poutine with blue cheese and bacon, it was generous and delicious. Good pairing with the American Stout ale. Would go back anytime. Vraiment une bonne bouffe. Retournerai n'importe quand!

We went for dinner and beer past 9pm on a beautiful Tuesday evening and the place was full. We waited about 5 mins for an outdoor table (indoor was available) and ordered the porc effilouche poutine, croquettes fromage, and two beers. I highly recommend the maple stout for any stout drinkers out there. We shared a creme brulee for dessert.... More

Very nice microbrewery with good food! We began with a 5 beer sampler selected by our bilingual waitress. Although they had a lot of items to choose from, such as poutins, French fries covered with different cheeses and toppings, we opted for a cheeseburger topped with bacon and fries on the side. We sat outside on the patio as the... More

We were a group of 8 on a Thursday night and we had an excellent experience. This place caters more to the local crowd than the tourists since it is a bit away from the main touristic areas. It was also very noisy with festive and happy people! The right kinda noise, if you see what I mean. We had:... More

This is a nice pub with a great ambiance. They have a lot of choice of beer at good price! They also have 2 beer in cask, that me and my wife love! I didn't find many place in quebec offering beer in cask!

Fun little microbrewery, played good tunes, offered great beer options. We didnt get there in time to try menu food(kitchen closes at 11), but did get to sample the house chips, and late night snacks. The service was ridiculously slow. When the server finaly showed he was very kind and offered great beer selections.

Went to La Souche to have a beer and a quick bite with a friend. They have quite a selection of beer and the staff knows its products. I had a blue cheese and bacon poutine. Awesome! The place is small and cozy. However, if it is cold outside and you are sitting by the door, dress warmly. I was... More

18 beers brewed on site, including two in cask. From sour beers to sweet ones, through other promoting hops, yeast and / or grains : we explore the multiple flavours and textures beer offers. Excellent pizza, famous poutine, copious salads adorn the à la carte menu while the menu of the week sets out our latest culinary explorations.
