5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 days ago NEW

We ate at this restaurant on a Saturday around 5pm. I had not been feeling the greatest and just wanted something light to eat, more breakfast type of food. My husband and I walked quite a bit through the road of Old Québec with not much success. We even tried McDonald's but they were not willing to serve me just... More

Great location downtown; shared a booth facing a window and out into the street. Friendly serving staff. Chic Burger was tasty and the red ale-braised beef poutine was just what I needed to prepare for an evening of local craft beers. Blueberry-black currant and cola (made in-house) were tasty as well. Check it out, cravers!

As every time we were there, we had fantastic milkshakes, burghers and poutine. Every single item was absolutely amazing as usual. Our son even ate lunch there two days in a row!!! We cannot wait to visit it next time during our summer holidays.

I love the food in this restaurant. We were a group of 5 consisting of 2 adults & 3 kids. We had burgers, salad, poutine & milkshake. Very satisfied w/ the taste & food portion. A bit pricey but worth it. Only thing I wish they had was kid's portion sizes for smaller appetites. Also, I wish I knew that... More

This was the best poutine we had anywhere in Quebec City and Montreal. It isn't soggy! If you could call a poutine "fresh" and crispy, that's how to describe this. The burgers were very, very dry, although they had nice buns. We also tried the truffle fries and they were good but not very truffled. I tried the house made... More

If only all restaurants could be as good as the Chic Shack. A clean facility, speedy service, and great workers. Our waiter was AMAZING!! He made sure our table was clean, checked on us many times, and was a person I felt very comfortable around. The food was amazing, especially the hot chocolate, which was rich and creamy. A great... We went as a group of 6 to this restaurant and we were satisfied with what we got. The waiters were really friendly. I had a burger with small fries with a ''coca cola'' type drink that was homemade which was really good. The meat and fries melted in your mouth and it was great to wash it down with... More

$70 for delivery of 5 poutines. 1.5 hours, had to call twice, guy blamed it on the delivery driver. THERE IS A ROCK IN ONE OF THE POUTINES. THIS IS NOT A JOKE. Actually, we've found 3 rocks now. The cheese is rubber, it squeaks when you chew it. Half of the poutines had no gravy, worst presentation of food... More

Dinner in Quebec City here based on other reviews. We loved this place: the service, the food and the ambiance. Sort of upscale fast food. Had burgers and poutine (definitely ordered too much! Kids had shakes which they loved and adults had the boozy milkshakes. Very solid.
