Had lunch here with my brother and it was great. Not expensive and the food was very good. I think the waitresses name was Ombeline and she was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back. Ask to sit by the fireplace.

We wanted to go to a nice restaurant to celebrate our engagement. Ambiance is nice and it is a beautiful old building. Food was very good but I can't in good conscience say it was worth the splurge. We bought a bottle of wine and one of the servers knocked over my last glass. They did not offer me another.... More

I had breakfast at Panache this morning. I ordered what was supposed to be the healthy meal - and it was anything but. It was very greasy, and so salty I couldn't eat it. A ton of Arugula with very heavy salt, with parmesan (which is also salty), and one small egg white fried and heavily oiled. Can't speak to... More

Panache is an excellent option for fine dining in historic Quebec City. The food is excellent and very creative. The serving staff are attentive but not intrusive so as to provide a very comfortable dining experience.

I travelled to Panache with my aunt, mother and sister as a girls trip. We went for lunch as we were shopping during the day in Old Quebec City. The restaurant has a very warm and welcoming rustic atmosphere. The service we awesome and very friendly. The meal was full of flavour and portion sizes were perfect. Great value (19$... More

We are foodies and this ranks as one of our top ten meals in every way. Charles greeted us at the door and walked us all the way to our cabs at the end of the meal. Everything from the amuse bouche to the chocolate souffle with pistachio ice cream and fresh cranberries were outstanding. Try the beet tartare, the... More

I'm sorry to report that I was not impressed with Panache this time around. I came a few years ago and was blown away. I mean it was one of my best culinary experiences ever! Unfortunately this time I was disappointed to have dragged my friends to this place and angry I spent so much money on a mediocre meal.... More

This restaurant is in the Auberge-St. Antoine, which seems like a lovely hotel from what we saw in the lobby. First impression was the space, with old stone, wood beams, and wide plank foors with very comfortable seating is just gorgeous. They did a fantastic job of creating the space. The staff made us feel very welcome, and were very... More

What an evening!!!!!!! From the moment we walked into this beautifully reconstructed warehouse, we were enchanted and delighted. The building is charming and even though it is a large open space, they managed to make it feel intimate and warm...a soft candle lit room with soft background music...just lovely. The service was impeccable. Our wait person was attentive and o... More

Wow. We visited Quebec City on the off season and were told this place is on the "must do" list. We were told it was more expensive so we knew going in it would be a class above where we usually go. It was phenomenal! From walking in we knew it would be amazing because the ambiance was fantastic! From... More

Description
Nestled amid the stone walls of a riverside warehouse dating back to the 19th century, Panache's dining room offers exceptional intimacy and stunning views of the bustling river. On the menu: Chef Louis Pacquelin's cuisine. A cuisine that is revisiting classic dishes with a pioneering approach and a genuine love for local produce, both simple and sophisticated, which vary with the seasons and arrivals. Our produce is sourced primarily from our organic garden on Île d'Orléans and small local producers.
