Échaude is an excellent Bistro serving classic French cuisine. Nice varied list with reasonably price wine. Impeccable service. I had the bone marrow followed by the duck confit. Located in the lower part of the old city on a pedestrian lane. Awesome place!

I checked on their web site and i does not mention any gluten free options. You could always send them an email with the question. It's a great resto by the way.
