This was excellent! The service was impeccable, the food had a lot of great flavours, and I would definately visit this restaurant over and over to try out the whole menu.

Saturday brunch and bistro menu is so difficult from which to choose! Our waiter was great, he steered me to their Poire Mimosa, pear flavored champagne and pear nectar - delicious, and to their combination brunch plate which offered up a bit of everything - gorton, eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, cassoulet, fruit and grilled bread. They even serve an amuse... More

We dined on a cold and snowy Super Bowl Sunday, when few people were out. Even so, the whole experience was outstanding, from the service to the food. Great dinning room, casual, but yet refined; cozy but not small. The food was some of the best we have had, with many local specialties. Nice wine list, based on our dinner... More

This our third visit over a span of years. It is still great. This time we had a Saturday brunch. The setting, service and food were all impeccable. I pleasantly discovered that a "bowl of latte" was in fact a rather large bowl of latte and it was great.

Not only the best French meal I've ever had (been to France several times), but the best service--why of course, I was in Quebec City. I was able to practice my French as well. Notably one of the best food experiences of my life.

Love the ambiance of the restaurant and the food was amazing. The staff was very helpful and suggested very good wines. We had the Scallops ceviche with lemon and cranberries, tendrils of pea and smoked salmon to start with and then the Homemade black pudding, caramelized onions and quinces tarte tatin, black garlic sauce and a beef tartar. A must... More

Not inexpensive but a wonderful restaurant. I had steak tartare for an appetizer. See headline. I had seafood stuffed squid over risotto. My wife had 3 appetizers. It was actually more than enough food. Desserts include sugar pie and other wonderful things. Beer and wine prices were terrific. Excellent. Then we walked around old Quebec in the snow.

My wife and I went there for New Year's eve with high expectations and we were not let down. The meals were original and excellent. The service was spirited, fun and efficient. We will return !

Great atmosphere and excellent service. Presentation and taste are fantastic. The foie gras was cooked to perfection, the salmon tartare was fantastic in its elaborate presentation.
