From the time you enter the restaurant until you leave you will not be disappointed. The food was outstanding. Some of the bites we had such as the mushroom pasta was one of the best things we have ever tasted. The wine pairing was unique,...and the sommelier made the experience fun. If you do the 8-wine pairing be aware the pourings are large. My wife and I could have shared the flight. I'd recommend this to anyone. Amazing food. Price fix menu with all the dishes planned out so no deciding. If you can swing the $175 pp Canadian then definitely go here. My husband added a wine paring option. At least 6 glasses for $100. He loved them all. Everything was...delicious. Dinner takes up to 3 hours. 8 courses. Didn’t feel that long as food kept coming out. After dinner you are escorted to the bar in case you would like coffee or a cordial. They called for a cab for us and let us know when they where there. Definitely a special occasion place for us.More

You simply won't experience better. Yes it's expensive. Yes we thought it was worth it. Every course was prepared to a level of perfection that you just don't see, even in really fancy places. It begins with a hearty surprise greeting from the chefs and sous chefs. You are guided to your table and through every exquisite course by a staff who are incredibly proud of their art, whether it be cooking, serving or describing the delicacies they put before you. The ingredients seem long and complicated - and there may even be ones that you don’t really love on their own - but all are so perfectly blended so as to elevate the overall flavor to another level. The courses are meticulously presented, but proportioned so as not to be cumulatively overwhelming. After you have finished dessert, you are ushered into a lounge where you are offered coffee and/or digestifs and . . . more desserts. The ingredients are fresh and local and delicious.More

Every course was creative, beautifully plated and delicious. One had a choice of entrees and the option...for wine pairings. This was an amazing experience for my wife and I. From the moment you enter and are seated, until after-dinner drinks in the lounge. We did the full experience with wine pairings, which were all exceptional and enhanced the experience and the food. It was...difficult to choose our favorites of the evening out of the eight courses we enjoyed. There were some courses that I personally did not think I would like but turned out to be outstanding. Listen, this isn't cheap, but it was one of the most memorable experiences we have had, and we have been to many fine restaurants in the US and Europe.
