It's a good concept of brasserie. The place is a bit dark for my liking. The service is great and fast. The food comes in big portions, but taste is average. I will not doubt to come back.

I went there with my husband for a night out without the kids earlier this week. It was a Monday night so our restaurant choice was limited, and seeing as it had been a hot day, we decided to eat inside. We were seated near a window — which was good — in a corner — which was not so... More
We went here on the basis that the restaurant looked busy and that's often a good sign. Not here. Food was below average and a strange mix of dining styles and service. Three diners ordering 4 different items and none were great. Portions are generous though and location is good that includes free parking after 4pm.
The food, the staff, the prices and the décor, all good. Nice lunch and dinners for couples or groups.Last time we were celebrating a birthday with 2 families:80 persons and they were all glad of everything.
Shrimp, shrimp, shrimp,, what can I say I like shrimp. This is another of my favorite places to have shrimp. Great deals can be had for sea food lovers. In the summer they have a great outdoor terrace.
Stopped by Brasserie Daniel Lapointe at around 9PM - the outside looked interesting and the lights were like the bridge in Sherbrooke - very pretty. The food however wasn't as illuminating - the shrimp with garlic were delilcious but the coquille saint jacques was mostly bechamel. Very accomodating as we just wanted vegetables and salad with no rice or potatoes... More
This place is a big 'no' for me. The bread basket had buns wrapped in cellophane...first red flag. The food wasn't good at all, and it's not even cheap. No excuses. The great location is what makes it busy, because it's certainly not the food or service.
