The food has never disappointed from this restaurant but the staff, terrible. I ordered food on their website for a night pick up. The website automatically decided i wanted it two days later. I called the restaurant immediately to correct the error. The response was...“no problem sir we’ll take care of it”. So naturally i thought its taken care of. I go to pick up my food, paid for it, and then i am told its gonna take a while. May be 10 min. And i thought sure that happens no big deal. 10 min later the front staff asks me, didn't you order for tomorrow? I said i corrected that immediately on phone. And she says sure ill ask the cook to make your order, AS SOON AS I CAN FIND A COOK. Thats the last i have seen this restaurant. Never going back there. Plenty of options around. The service, delivery, quality, quantity of the pizzas we ordered were without any doubt the best that we have had from any of the other pizza vendors. We had in the past never ordered from Venice House because of the mistaken references we had received....Never any negative thoughts as to who we will order from in the futureMore

Came there randomly tonight on my bike when I usually order for delivery! But the 2 ladies at the til were super awesome and offered packaging the pizza differently so I could take it in a bag. It was ready in the time they told...me & the pizza was just amazing. Thank you for being there for me on a drunk night :pMore

We tried the special pizza deal they have going on right now and it was very good. The service was very friendly and exactly what we ordered....everything on the menu looked great. It is worth the stop because the place was packed on a Saturday...evening.More

I was staying at a near by hotel, and their restaurant was closed. Feeling annoyed because I didn’t want to head back out again, I checked TripAdvisor for something near by. I pulled in and I had to recheck the reviews I’d read! It wasn’t...what I expected on the outside, hesitantly I went inside. I was greeted by a sweet waitress and was sat promptly, but the place was packed. I ordered the French onion soup, and I have to say it was the BEST I’ve ever had!! I ordered the pizza because I’d read the reviews. It did not disappoint, it was fresh and well loaded and hot. The woman at the table beside me was very drunk and my waitress handled her very professionally and with respect. At the til they lovely gentleman took time to engage in conversation. I’m sad that I’m only traveling through for the night because I would have loved to have tried more of the wonderful items on the menu. If you’re in Prince Albert make sure to stop and enjoy some fabulous food and service!More

I love that time stands still in this Venice House. I keep coming back for the baked lasagna and every time I leave with a smile.on I'm face. The taste, the quality, the quality and the service will always keep me coming back.

From the moment we walked in this was an awesome experience! The staff was super nice, the Pizzas came quick and were delicious. The prices are very good for what you get 5/5.
