Stopped here for a quick start to the day. The coffee was reasonably good and the foam was okay. Had a Florentine which was also tasty.

The Bison Cafe in Prince Albert is my favourite place to go for lunch or a snack. I love the trendy decor and atmosphere, as well as the great service that Danielle and her staff provide. Most of all I love the food, which is...usually locally-sourced and organic. Fresh salads, homemade soups, healthy smoothies, and to-die-for pastries keep me coming back. I've hear the coffee is great too, though I've yet to try it. Next time.More

I love this place. My daughter took me here for lunch one day. It has a steam-punk look to it which gives it a very relaxing ambience. Great food too.

Was in downtown delivering training and stopped in here four times. Great service. Great desserts. I ordered soup twice and both times it was way too salty. I was a bit disappointed.

I was brought here for lunch while at work for the soup and homemade bread. I will definitely be back - I loved the ‘home’ cafe feel. And the looks of the latte menu!

Good variety of coffee snack soup and sandwiches. Usually something for everyone but it's busy so if you know you want a certain panini go early!
